Can anyone give a feedback on this statement 'Body weights issues that stumbles obese people from achieving their ideal weights' Are they psychological or physical problem? Any comments acceptable for discussion. OK? Thanks

sophonia1 i think that if someone want to loss weight,first we must have the desire to,stop eating too many sweets,fats.We must eat more fruits and vegetable.Must do some exercise 30 min a day.I have make the experience,try it .
