Hello there friends. I am wondering if any of you have already tried or are planning to try using a pharmacological intervention to be brainy? I have watched different television commercials showing advertisements on capsulse that have this "gingko biloba" ingredient? Is it proven to be effective? Any side effects? Thanks for sharing your ideas in advance.

I believe people have a great chance to develop their skills and/or knowledge. I learned that if you put yourself into doing something hard enough, you"ll do ti! So instead of taking pills and hopping you"ll be smarter tomorrow, take my advice and avoid this by learning harder. By the way, taking numerous courses is not a bad idea at all.

I am sure there are WAY more side effects to taking something like this than the benefit...if there is any! There are enough natural ways that have been proven over and over again to help increase your brain power. Doing logic games and such help your brain, and foods that help memory and such is rosemary, fish oil, and nuts. Try these first before going to that pill alternative.
