It was like the very first time I had a dream like that. I was aware of the things around, lemme say I was half asleep. Then I felt struggling, that there some thing part of me that I really want to move. I felt very dizzy and I think someone's there, I'm not really alone. But all I can see is my room. I am really confused and nervous though, because I felt electrified when like my spirit went out from my body and came back in. Very weird dream. It gives me creeps til now.

Someone already said this, but it sounds an awful lot like sleep paralysis. It can be scary, but it happens to loads of healthy people so it's not dangerous. I've experienced it twice myself. I was awake, but I couldn't move. I could see my room, and I heard what I thought were the whispers of voices, but I was still half-asleep so it's not absurd to assume part of my brain was dreaming. I also felt like a weight was pressing on my chest and I couldn't breathe. Like I said, scary! But most people come out of it within a minute or so, even though it can feel much longer.

As far as I know, no to both questions. It shouldn't happen often though, if you experience it again within a week it may be a sign of another problem and you should consult a doctor. I believe it's basically harmless though.

Sorry but your dream is not very clear, it's not even clear if you were sleepig. It's normal that at the moment you "fall asleep" the spirit leaves the body.. mostly we don't feel it, sometimes we do and feel it lang a big bang.. being pulled back into the body. If you want an explanation about your weird dream you better tell the dream.

I'm not really sure that's why I stated that I was like half asleep. In between of the two states, asleep and awake. I'm really seeking for help because it troubles me. By the way, how can I tell the dream??

Ever heard about the leaving the body experience? Our spirits don't know distance or time, as eternal beings we can leave our bodies at will when in sleep but what you had which I never did but read a lot about it seems to be when another spirit was pushing you down, I don't know that to be a good thing and only heard about previou's lives' enemies doing that so you could ask for this person's forgiveness, to wish them all good thoughts meaning it and reforming yourself.

You might have been half way between consciousness and sleep paralysis...and this can bring about the very scary feeling you have of struggling. I hope you sleep and dream a little better tonight!

I have heard about that sleep paralysis thing. How can I avoid that? Or just minimize if it's impossible to avoid. This really disturbs me, that I'm scared to fall asleep. I also hope that it would be the first and the last because it's just so difficult to handle. :(
