Back to work from holiday tomorrow.Quite lazy lol.
We have another summer getaway with my relatives yesterday cause it is holiday so we grabbed the opportunity to go out together. So much fun and enjoyed the whole day.
Sunburn after sunburn for me cause last weekend we do have a company getaway into the beach.I do have sunburn already that time cause we really enjoy the beach under the sun. Then another sunburn again yesterday after a quite fresh sunburn from weekend.Quite aching sometimes but worth it due to happiness and fun that I enjoyed with my family and friends. And it just happened once in awhile so its okay.

I always wanted to go to beaches during summer and stay in the water under the sun. Can't help it to enjoy the beaches that resulted to sunburn.Much wiser now wherein I put enough sunblock to avoid getting to much sunburn which is quite painful. For my first getaway for summer this year, as usual I did have sunburn but not that grave cause it quite lasted for two to three days.

I really don't think that there is a person alive that has never gotten a sunburn, but I also know that they can be really, really painful.
For me, I will typically burn one time during the course of the year and then after that it will start to tan out and I will get a darker and darker tan through the rest of the summer. However, I also try to be careful with the sun because of the fact that I know too much exposure to the sun will cause skin cancer.

You should have used sun block during your 2 days summer getaway. I too had just been to the beach last weekend and the sun was really super hot, we had our island hopping so imagine the heat of the sun and the beach with no other shade but the pump boat's small shed. I only had a little sun burn because I used sun block plus we made sure we weren't out in the sun from 11 in the morning to 2 in the afternoon. This usually is the time where the sun really causes our skin to burn even if we put sun block on.

Aloe Vera works well for sunburns and actually if you have a lot of heat coming off of your sunburn, taking the hottest shower you can can get the heat out of it. Make sure you also are drinking a lot of water since sunburns lead to dehydration. Glad you had fun though!

The rays from the sun has beneficial effect on the body which needs a daily dose of it. But the body welcomes only what it needs. An extra supply of it causes harmful effects to the body. Thus sunburn results. Antidotes to having it have been posted by our friends in earlier posts above.

I think it is okay as long as you use sunblock- it won't really prevent the sunburn, it just makes it hurt less. You are right- even if it hurts and sometimes tedious it is worthwhile since you had fun and bonded with your relatives.
