What's cooking?

I am gonna cook dinner soon and I am kinda lazy right now. I only have chicken breasts fillet at the fridge and potatoes. My husband asked me what am I gonna make for dinner, and just answered him "it's a surprise".LOL Honestly, I don't really know what am I gonna do with this chicken breasts. hahahahaha I am thinking of baking it and just put salt, pepper and butter on it and just put it on the oven. And I will bake the potatoes too! I am kinda scared about the result. Do you think baking chicken breasts with salt, pepper and butter on it will taste good? LOL This is really a surprise! Good luck to me!

Today is Saturday, we don't eat nonveg because of some puja in home, so my wife is cooking plain veg curry, i will eat with dal , milk and salads..

I am not good when it comes to doing chicken. Usually I just do barbecue chicken, though I have done chicken n dumplings before. I want to venture out and do more with chicken but haven't gotten up the nerve to do it yet.
That sounds alright, and I am sure you've probably already had. I am all about trying to spice things up so I might have throw in some garlic to give it another flavor, but for what you made that sounds good.
