I am trying to save money at the moment and last time I bought the cheapest coffee brand. I don't like the taste very much, it helps when I add some milk, but it is still doesn't taste that great. I ended up buying coffee in town, because I wanted a nice cup of coffee instead of the bad coffee that I have in my home. That is not exactly the best way to save money
so in the future I am going to stick to the coffee that I have in my home. I am going to experiment a bit and add more milk and sugar and maybe I will be able to improve the taste.
Do you usually stick to the same coffee brand or do you use many different coffee brands? Have you ever bought a coffee brand that you weren't used to do because the shop didn't have your usual brand or because it was on sale? How did you like the taste?

I guess it depends on what kind of coffee you like. We like Colombian, so when we purchase the generic brand, all but one has a good taste, and the one that isn't as good, all I have to do is add one extra scoop to give it a stronger flavor.

I usually try to do the same thing as you, and sometimes it helps to add one more scoop. I have tried to do that with my new coffee brand, but in this case it doesn't seem to help, I still don't like the taste. I also tried to add some milk (I usually drink black coffee) I can drink it, but I am not going to buy that brand in the future. I love coffee, and I need a good cup of coffee to get my day started.

I love coffee too much so I try to always stock up when it is on sale. That way I don't have to run out and buy something cheap that did not taste good.

That is a good idea. I think that I am going to do the same thing in the future. I want to save money, but I also want a nice cup of coffee, because I love coffee and I need my daily cup of coffee. No more experiments with the cheap coffee

Hi porcospino
I have tried almost all the brands for coffee available here. I normally prefer the black coffee and strong ones. It was difficult for me to select from my last there brands, but ultimately, the one which came in sachets, at affordable prices won and it has been 5+ years that I have stuck with that brand.
Though I have some good days when I change the brand and even opt in for milk and not black coffee.

I can hear that we like the same kind of coffee
I usually prefer black coffee. My friends joke about it, and they don't like the coffee that I make because they find it too strong. Every once in a while I add some milk in my coffee. I usually do that when I don't like the taste or if the coffee is too strong even for me. I don't like the taste of the new coffee that I have bought. I bought it because it was cheap and because I wanted to save some money, but I think that it was a bad choice. Sometimes I like to experiment and try something new, but I am not going to buy that coffee in the future. I think that I will stick to my regular brands.

I have also tried many different brands and I like most of the regular brands. The brand that I bought last time is different and I don't like the taste. I bought it because it was cheap, but it was a pretty bad idea, because it isn't as good as the other brands. We also have Nescafe in our home and sometimes I drink that especially if I just want one cup of coffee or if I am in hurry and don't have time to wait for the coffee maker.

I usually stick to the same brand as I don't like to experiment on other coffee even it is more cheaper than the brand I always use. I am after with the taste and reasonable price too. I once bought a buy one take one of Folgers before and it taste so good. But the normal price is too high for me, so I find nescaffee as a second brand for me since it tastes good and with reasonable price too.

Sometimes it is not a good idea to experiment, the last coffee brand that I bought is a proof of that
I have tried different brands in the past and I thought that most of them were quite good, but not this one. I am not going to buy that brand again. We have also have nescaffee in the house and I drink that sometimes. Actually my favourite coffee is the coffee that I buy in town, but I can't buy coffee in town very often, because I am trying to save money.

That's true. Instead we want to save money, we will waste more money by adding milk etc to make the cheap coffee tastier. I will stick to my favourite brand, but sometimes, once in a blue moon, i would like to taste different coffee brand and i purchase it, as long the price is more expensive than my current coffee, i give a try. The taste is even better. Its local brand made in Turkey. Its 3 in 1 coffee, not the Turkish traditional coffee which is bitter and tasteless hehheehe
