Is that bad? I wasn't able to take it off since i didn't bother buying acetone. All the nail polish on my hands and other toes were already gone, only the ones on my big toe were left, it's hard to remove them by hand, I thought they'd be washed away when i bathe but they didn't ...will my nails be ruined?

I believe it is not good for our nails to have nail polish for too long. I had mine for a month before because I never got the chance to visit a salon when our manicurist didn't went to our house. I too don't have an acetone at home. For now, my nails are still good, but if I continue having nail polish on that long, I might be seeing my nails die one at a time.

I don't think it is good to polish your nails at all the time. Most of the nail polish goes very fast within two or three weeks but this is little strange. I think it is better to avoid them.

Some people's skin is more oily and it makes the nail polish not stay on very well. Fake nails are the same way. They just don't stay well on oily slinned people. Washing and wearing socks and shoes will make the polish come off quicker. But with wearing sandals it shouldn't be a problem. Do you only use one coat or several?

Nail polish is not bad unless you already feel it burn through your nails at the moment you put it on. If it will affect your nails you can check by taking it off. BTW there are plenty of people having nail polish daily (old or new there is less difference).

Yes I guess it is bad to have them on our nails for such long time. It can weaken our nails. Actually using acetones can also ruin our nails. Last year I was into putting nail polish and changing them either weekly or every 2 weeks. It has the same effect on my nails. My toe nails become weak and nails breaks easily. So I don't color my nails anymore... only when I needed lol, like the other month when we went for swimming =)

Haha :) It has happened to me as well! During winter I don't bother making my toenails so often and I might have the same nail polish on for a month or more! It's not that much if you think that women that have fake nails renew them once a month.. I think that nothing will happen to your nails, but I know that it is not good to remove the nail varnish with your hands, you should use acetone or else it might ruing the surface and shininess of your nails.
Now that summer is coming, I should make an appointment to have a pedicure! Thanks for reminding me :))
