I have about 76 kg somewhere like 140-150 pounds I think. I'm 1,75m tall (5.9 feet) I don't have a weight problem or anything. I'm in pretty good shape. I've been trying to get rid of some belly fat tho. I run from time to time, I play basketball with my friends from time to time. I don't really eat junk food. (don't like chips, fast food). Crunches don't really work. I do push-ups ( 3-4 series or 30 not very hard -I've been doing them a while). I don't really want to hit the gym and lift weights. I would prefer to do exercises with my body. Do you know some exercises I can do ?

Why not you go for swimming? Swimming is really a good exercise which you will be able to work out all part of your body. Beside losing weight, you can even maintain better shape of body through it.

For me, all things you do is considered an exercise. But the best thing I think would on how you motivate yourself to do an exercise. Even you consider a routine to be somewhat effective in making your body healthy or in loosing weight or any other things, if you do not give importance to what you do, then it is not considered a best way to exercise yourself. You know, the only form of exercise I do is jogging and stretching, easy and cheap form of exercise huh, but I loved doing it everyday.

I am not an expert in this but losing belly fat is really difficult. I noticed even some of the gym instructors have belly fats inspite of their big muscles. Some says taking 2 cups of oatmeal a day (1 in the morning and 1 in the aftenoon) can help. Also, taking yogurt can help reducing belly fats. I just don't know if it is true. Some says, crunches will do but you have to increase the level or counts when you noticed that your current level is not working anymore.

I think that you already got a good exercise. Playing sports such as basketball is a good form of exercise already. Plus you do running and push-ups that helps build your stamina and also burn fats in your body. I think that you just continue doing these kind of exercise because you are already doing good in your body. You do regular exercise so you must focus more in your diet and you should have proper diet low in carbohydrates, fats and sweets.

I just lost about 20 pounds and I honestly don't know how I did it because I changed my diet (just started eating a little better) and added more exercise, but nothing hardcore. I became obsessed with walking and it made a big difference. I ran a little more, but not much. It sounds silly, but I did jumping jacks all the time. I hate working out so I tried to find little things that didn't bore me, so I loved jumping jacks, hula hooping and jumping rope.

I would suggest just to switch it up. Go for long walks, dance, yoga, etc. The thing is to stay consistent with crunches. It takes about 6 weeks of constant workout to see a difference. I am a part of a free weight loss site that tells me how much calories I can eat, How much I need to burn to get to my ideal weight. It is completely free, you cant make money off of it but if you are interested you can message me as i do not want my comment to be deleted. In 7 weeks I have lost 9 pounds and 2 and a half inches off my waist. It is slow and steady but I am seeing results.

I agree with the walking is very good for you, I am always reading in fitness books etc to walk more, sometimes quite fast and swing your arms to burn more calories and excercise the upper arms. Wiifit plus is good as well, I jog on there as you can jog while watching another channel.

I feel that bending forward and touching the ground is very good for losing belly fat.If you do 40-50 times each day it should definitely help you ...According to health experts ones body weight should be ideally twice the height in inches. In your case 69 inches multiplied by 2 - 69x2 = 138 pounds and 5 pounds plus or minus is acceptable. So you are well within the ideal weight...all the best and happy mylotting

By the way, 76 kilograms is - 76x 2.2 = 167 pounds, which means you are actually overweight..

A simple long walk every morning will do or if you can jog or bike then the better. Burning fats by having the early morning sweat would do likely to keep you fit and trim and additionally builds up endurance. For me, there is nothing more enjoyable than taking a long walk and enjoy the early sunshine.

running and swimming. I had a friend who was more than just overweight. He always crazy determination and will though. Every day he was going running pretty long distances, especially after he did it for some time and he started builduing up a better shape he was running even more. I remember in the beginning he was telling me he was even throwing up many times, but he'd never quit. Of course his case is kinda extreme. But i believe a nice scheduled run in a regular basis can help you a lot.

Aerobic exercise is a great way to lose weight. Aerobic exercise is sometimes called "cardio" (because it causes the heart or cardiovascular system to work hard and pump blood more than usual). It includes running, biking, walking swimming and other activities at the endurance level. This means do the exercise for like 30 minutes or more. Endurance can be built up or improved over time. Aerobic exercise allows people to burn lots of calories.

Hi vertu! Presently I am doing the hip hop abs which we have downloaded from the internet. I feel that this exercise is a good one and I am not getting over exhausted. You can try it too! Although I am not a gym or a fitness instructor but I just would like to share some experience.

I suggest you do a lot of jogging. It works every part of your body and a really good kind of cardio. I have a friend I met back in 2010, and he is a really big guy back then. He just started running at that time. I am not sure how frequent he exercised, but now, he built is really good.

I think you can take fifty or more push ups per day. This helps you to to get good body and along with it it helps you to loose weight and helps you to have six packs. The only thing you have to do is you have to do them regularly.

hello vertu, if you want to loos tummy fat then you have to work it you. You know tummy fat is first to come in body, and its the last to go. so you have to work out your fat from whole body and then only you will get rid of it. If you want to go on diet then that will help you. you can loss 5kg in 2 weeks. i did it in last aug. but that's the worst diet i ever came across. morning before workout around 7am-9am:1 glass of warm water mixed with 1 spoon of honey and lemon Morning after workout : have something light. 2 breads slices one boiled egg(dn't eat egg yellow). afternoon around 12pm: glass of juice. lunch : have something good and quite heavy. exclude rice type and oily evening before workout: dry fruits evening after workout: fruits dinner: make sure your dinner contains least amount of food. and if you feel low then keep dry fruits with you and have them . date is one of the best instant energy booster. follow above for 3 days and then go on total fruit diet. that day you eat only fruit and juice. and next day back to this diet. if you keep this diet for 3 week then you will surly loos 5 to 10 kg. if may happen that you weight will not reduce in first 2 to 3 days. that's common, but after that every day you can check your weight. it will be reduced by .5kg on an average depending on you workout. workout means simple running for 5 km or like that and what you do generally.
