Where can I get a free blog that has no restrictions?

I've been searching around the internet for a free blog. But all of the free blog sites that I have found have to many restrictions. I want to use the blog to post some banners and referral links and to just blog about everyday things. The last few blogs that I had were closed because of restrictions. I had posted to many links and banners and used a free site submission tool.

I don't think there are any. I looked at all kinds and they ALL have some kind of restrictions. The only thing you might do is start your own website and then you can do anything you like on it. I would try that. They all want something for you do something on their website.

I thought there are a few site who allow you to do just what you are looking for. I know few of such sites but I am not sure if I can write their names here because I am a new member here and do not the rules as yet(Don't take my last line seriously) But for sure there are sites where you can create articles with your own banners and links.

With reference to your topic, well, as far as I know, there are some sites that offer free for not too many restrictions. However, I cannot discuss it thoroughly here as it is not permissible. It will be better if you could send me a pm then that is the best place to discuss.

I think everything had some restrictions but, i would try weebly.com its actully to make websites but, they have a blog feature you can use.
