I am in so much pain constantly, I can not hardly bare to stand, the pain in horrific.I am taking so many meds and to be honest can not remember what I am taking half of it for.I feel that life is just an existance and nothing more than that.I thought that I would share a photo with you all, as that way you can see what I am talking about.

I was reading on face book the other day that this is classed as a rare disease.I feel so sorry for you, as there is no cure for Raynauds disease.I can not imagine for a moment how you must be feeling, what with all the pain of the Raynauds, as well as the arthritis.I have read other discussions that you have put on here, also the photos that are on here of your skin, you take morphine pills as well as the oral morphine.I know for a fact that they do not issue oral morphine, as well as the pills containing morphine, unless they are really needed, so it is very obvious that you are in serious pain and this is a seriously nasty disease that you have. How I wish I could take your pain away, if only for a day, just so that you were pain free for a while.I hope that you are getting lots of help, as well as people that will support you.Sending you hugs.

@marlina no not improved one bit, they also think that it is buergers disease. Also now that it is getting colder her in the uk I have a leg ulcer, so not a great start before even the winter is here. Make sure that if your fingers get ulcers on them that you get them checked, as it is also harder to stop infection to ulcers and they take ages to heal.

@jugsjugs I feel bad for you to have the Raynaud's disease in both hands and feet. I have it only in my fingers so far. Has it improved at all?

This is a constant thing, its with me all the time, shame there is no cure for these things.I have a stair lift fitted now, thanks to my ot, a wet room, a slope rather than a step to be able to get out on my own, rather than asking for help, but still not a quality of life, just feel like I am an existance. You would think this day and age they would have found cures, not unless there is less research being done.

Oh, jugsjugs, I am soooo sorry; that looks extremely painful. I hope you can get it under control. I don't know how you cope; what a wonderfully strong person you are.

I am not feeling very strong today, as have been in tears with all the pain that it is causing.I just wish that they would find a cure for this, as you would think that there would be something that worked. If it was not for my husband as well as some really good friends, then I would not be able to cope with living a sort of normal life. The morphine is not helping at all today yet again.

OMG! And I thought I had it bad with my arthritis. That doesn't look like it feels good at all. And that is WITH the medication I suppose. I am on one anti-depressant and the doctor wants to put me on more. Are you eating well? There are herbs and nutrients that could help you alot. Maybe not cure you but certainly help.

I have tried herbs, vitamins, well anything and every thing now.The arthritis has got a lot worse since the injections had to be stopped, as they were not doing anything to help at all.I feel that the morphine is only taking the edge of it off and that there should be something this day and age that should be able to help.

I'm so sorry to see this, Jugs. My mother suffered from arthritis and I know that there is no cure for this. She was feeling pains in the hands, she had sore ankles and in the last months of her life she was not able to go out from the house. My hearth is with you, I wish you to find some relief.

I hate feeling like this all the time.I just wish that soon they would find a cure and that way I could do more with my children.I think that living on morphine is in the end not going to help me in the long run.I just think that this day and age they would find something that would give relief.I am stuck indoors.

I am sorry to hear about your condition jug. Just hang on there, and don't forget your medicines so the pain could be alleviated. My mother many months ago was also plagued by her osteoarthritis and arthritis itself. She wasn't able to walk for almost 3 weeks. We were all so sad for her. However, after the doctor has prescribed her a new medicine, she regained her mobility. Now, she's so mobile again, in fact, would once in a while go malling with my father and eat in a resto. Medicines can indeed help us very much.

I am on morphine pills as well as oral morphine, that should have sorted the pain out, but it has not. There is no cure and knowing this, as well as being told this has not really helped either.I feel that after these last few years not being able to do all the things that people my age are doing, that the years a head will be the same.Things are getting worse, a long with the pain.

The drs have told me that there is no cure and there is nothing much that they can offer me for pain other than both the morphines that I am on, also other pills that I take for the circulation that are the highest strengths that they can issue.

Had the doctor told you that there is no way that it could at least be alleviated as to pain? Well, you might as well bear with it and pray for healing from our Lord. Entertain yourself by Mylotting and watching TV .

That looks terribly painful! I hear you about just existing - I watched my mom failing until it was hard to find my mother in the husk she had become because of strokes...

It is an awful thing for me to say, but some mornings I wish I never woke up.The pain is getting worse and I tend to take morphine a lot more than maybe I should, which then sends me to sleep, so out of pain for a short period of time, but as soon as I am awake the pain is there.I feel so down all the time and trying to smile or put a brave face on all the time is getting really hard.

I have the same problems and it can be very painful. I have found that after using tapping for amost two years, several times a day i can reduce the pain. For the Raynauds I make sure to wear heavy socks on my feet and put gloves on anytime my hands might get cold. If my hands do get cold I soak in very warm water and that helps after a few mins. I also tuck my hands under my cloths to keep them warm. But go to tapping.com and study the video then just jget in the habit of using this as soon as a small pain arrives in your hands. I have tried all other pain killers, pills and paste and none of them work as well. Blessings

I am sorry you are in so much pain all the time. Does it hurt any less when you are sitting and not trying to stand or walk? I have pain in one of my feet from a perminately damaged ligimant, but I can't imagine it hurts that badly.

I just want something that will ease the pain, so that I can do things with my children, as I feel that they are losing out.The pain is getting worse and I have no idea in how else to deal with it now.The morphine is not doing much at all and I find it hard some days now to look at anything positive.

My gosh, jugsjugs! Looking at all these photos, I can see what you mean now - as I've read about what all you are going through in your discussions. Sending you healthy vibes and I hope all the pain and disease stuff leave your system for good.

It is awful, as no matter what I try to do to get out of pain, the pain is still there.I feel really sorry for my husband, who is having to do everything for me, as well as our children, also having to hold his job down as well.I feel rather hopeless.
