Have you ever used a meal replacement?

I have been using Herbalife for almost a year now. I have lost 34 pounds and kept it off for almost a year. I never thought of using a shake to replace my meals to help me lose the weight, but I am so glad I did. Not only have a lost the 34 pounds but i feel amazing. Now I help my clients to do just what I did. Lose weight and get healthy!! I love it. So have you ever used a meal replacement to help you lose weight and get healty? How did it work for you?

When I was overweight, I do the following things: - Eat on time, and stop eating before satiety. - Do not consume soda, or food / beverages that contain soda. - Moving after meals (do not sit or lay down). - Increase exercise, especially walking.

good for you! no eating after 7pm is a great way to get your weight under control. no soda or sugar juices is another great way. and yes yes yes, get moving! walking is the easiet way to start on the right back of great health

I have used a meal replacement, but not to loose weight, to help keep it on! I was missing some nutrients to help me live healthy, so onto the shakes I went. So glad I did, have much more energy now, and don't feel sick every time I eat now!

That's whatbi love about Herbalife. It's a nutrition company not a weight lose company. And their shakes are awesome for keeping people healthy. I even give my 7 year old daughter a shake for breakfast every morning. I'm glad you're doing better now
