Hello my friends. I am in a bit of a Jam and could use some help. I am on a little to no cash budget and need to find a website designer. I have some skills at the creation but they are limited. Can you of you wonderful people advise me where I might find a designer who would be willing to work for free or be willing to work on delayed gratification system, I.E when the site starts making money they will get paid. I am familiar with sites like Odesk and some other free lancer programs but I am looking for something a little free. Thanks for all your advice in advance.

Buddy its hard to find some people who will work before getting paid, my suggestion is that , if you are not in hurry then 1st learn yourself HTML, XML, CSS, PHP, JAVA-SCRIPT ETC, It may be take time around 6 months but it will help you in your entire life,

Hm... You could probably learn to do it yourself. Web designing isn't a hard task to learn really. What exactly are you looking for in the specifics of web design? HTML? CSS? Java? JavaScript? Perl? The list could go on really. Your local library should have tons of books on different programming and designs for websites. There are even free tutorials online. In some cases, you may even be able to appeal to college students looking to enhance their design skills. But it may be better to learn it yourself. It becomes very rewarding. Visit w3C schools website and look up some of their tutorials. I've learned plenty from there during my web design classes. Also again visit your local library. :)

It's hard to find people who are willing to work for free if you don't know them personally. so i suggest you look for someone that you know personally so they will understand your condition.
