Simple wedding ideas... Any idea?

I'm getting married this coming June. Thou it is just a simple civil wedding we want it to make it special at the same time. I only have not more than 40 guest [close friends and relatives only] and we will just have a simple dinner in our house. honestly, we do have money to spend, but we opt not to spend much due to saving since we have a lot to deal with this year. You know, spend money wisely as they said. I'm trying to at least decorate our house without spending much. I've come to a website where it gives some DIY wedding crops but I think i need more resources before I settle on what I have in mind. I'm planning to execute those plans on Monday, and I still have 2 days to get some more ideas before deciding on what to do.

Very easy anymore to make a nice party on a budget. Centerpieces can be as simple as getting a tealight candle and some stones to put around it. Also you could just get a spring bouqet at the store and small plastic vases at the 99 cent store, put one flower in water in each vase to make a nice center piece as well. Buffet style works best for budget, and you can get those nice looking plastic plates that don't look plastic for not a lot either.
