i am in a fear of cancer

dont know how to say.. since 2 month i am have a sore in my nostrils ( inside nose). i wont geting cure. mild spotty bleeding comes from the nose if we put finger tip into nose. now i read an article about cancer .. after that i could feel that i am having nasal carcinoma.. getting fear to consult a doctor.. what i will do?
