I will work in an office provided the boss is good, but nowadays no good boss anymore I rather do sales then its flexible for me. Would you choose office or sales job including direct sales?

At first I love working in the office, but now, I am feeling it so tired being always on the pressure of when you will be called because they are starting to lay off workers due to the low sales output. I wish I have my own business where no one would boss around and tell me when to come in and what to do. But then again, I don't have the money to start my own business. So, I will just wait for that time to come. For now, I will have to stick to my work in the office.

Yeah it seems great to me at first, but now I got rather upset about few things in an office. First is the colleagues, bosses, paperwork I should be completed in a month, and the time is so long.

It's indeed stressful especially when there are times that you don't want to go to work but you really have to because you need money and you can't be late so you have to run from home to your office It's just so stressful. I hope we could all start a new business and somewhat gain from it so we won't be working out so hard with office works.

30 years I worked as an employee ... the condition does not make me happy. Therefore, I will tell to my friends, that the entrepreneur will be better.

I think I will choose the office job. For I think I am not very good at communicating with people, and I am good at controlling myself. So if taking a office job, I can perform well and get self-confidence in that way, while working in sales may be a nightmare for me.

Either would be fine so long as no comission sales were involved. But you know if you don't like your boss you won't stick around that job long.

Though I do think that there are certain benefits to working in direct sales, it is something that I think takes a special person, and I am definitely not that kind of a person. So, for me, I would rather work in an office because I find that you don't have to have as much contact with people when you are working in an office setting. In addition to that, in the offices that I've worked in, I find that I've never had a boss that was constantly breathing down my back.

I would rather do a job in which I could control my own hours and my own sales so that if I slacked off it was my own fault. If I slacked off under another, there is a potential of losing the job, and getting a bad rep on your resume.

That is a strong point too, we often get sacked because we disobey our boss, switching a job to sales will be great, we responsible for everything we do in time to target, all makes me very happy.
