Corn muffins

My brother is having a party tonight. His friends will all be drunk, it's what they do best. My brother provides a decently cheap but very standard meal. Chile and hot dogs. There is a bunch of corn muffin mix in the cabinet so I'm going to fix those to go with it. I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas of what I could do with it if there were not a bunch of people coming over to consume it.

I love corn muffins just the way you make them...with syrup on them...nice and sticky! There are other uses...I think sometimes on the package they even list ideas.

I have heard of putting corn muffin mix as like a breading for chicken. Corn muffins are always good though and can be eaten for all kinds of different meals from breakfast to dinner!
