Scary Stories About Your House

Hi everyone!
I am someone who keeps on moving from one house to another, I think for the last 7 years the longest that I stay in one house is just 2 years & half. It is because of my husband's line of work. Now, its been 3 weeks since we moved here in our new house.
Every time we moved to a new house, I always hear scary stories about the house from the previous residents. I don't know if they are just scaring me or they really experienced it. But now, in this particular house, not only one who lives here before share their scary experience in this house...
They say that they hear footsteps in the stairs, and sometimes as if someone is passing at your back, sometimes they even saw a white lady...
And also a friend of us who also lives here said that he once received a call in the middle of the night and when he looked in his phone, its his own number who's calling! yay!
This house I am living no is already old and quite big, but its not a hunted house yet...hehe and so far I didn't experience any of those things that they experience here except for that as if someone is passing at my back...and I hope not to experience the other things...
O by the way, one more thing, a secretary downstairs told me that just the other day, she and her kids heard the television in our room is playing and tuned in a cartoon channel...but the problem is, no one is in our room upstairs that time since hubby and I are out. hmmmmmm

Hi Ckyera,
Nope we have never been into haunted houses neither did we rent them.However,i can share one of my friend's experience --- he along with his family moved into their newly rented house and it seems their neighbors were staring at them obviously for being too brave to have moved into a house in which a woman hanged herself just a couple of weeks earlier!The landlords never mentioned about it!He vacated the house in no time perhaps he was too busy to spend some time with the ghosts for the dinner.
Just in case,if an uninvited eternal friend of yours appears in that white dress again ... see that you do not freak them out

Its been a long time...how are you?
Anyway, actually I am not that scared in this house but you know because of those stories sometimes I can't stop myself thinking about it and starting to think the what ifs...haha
Hehe, maybe he experienced some creepy things in that house that's why he vacated it right away...on my part, no matter what, we just can't leave this house since it is where the administration puts us...so I need to wait for a year or more before I can leave this house...
Actually, I think those ghosts are not showing no because they are scared of me instead!

Why not invite your administration for dinner the coming weekend ... let them taste the fear of being lonely in a haunted house

Doing the same thing...haha and trying to get along with new people around me in this new place as well as trying to get along with the ghosts! haha
Sooner he will be visiting us, but for sure such thing won't be discussed and sometimes some even scared me more by again telling their experience in this house!

Hello ck!
We never lived in a haunted house before but then there would be incidents happened which can be confusing or weird to happen in our house before.
There are times we do have things we placed in one side but then after a while when we get back, we can't see it anymore...Then it would appear to the same place where we kept it again after few days or so...
I guess this happened for some time long time ago.
Our house is different now and most of the time, it would be the noise that you will hear because the boss wants to ruin your day...

I finally see you here!
You know, the same thing happened to my friend when they moved in their new house, she said that she remembers well that she put her baby's thing in a certain place but when she needs it, she can't find it anywhere...but after few days, she saw it again the same place where she knows she put it... maybe someone is playing on them! hehe
haha...I guess the ghost will not live in your new house coz they don't want their day to be ruined by whoever boss you are talking about too! haha

Usually I am already out by 10pm because its already husband's turn and I am already sleepy at that time, sometimes I am focused in watching tv! haha

Our house is haunted. I have never seen the ghost, but my husband has seen it. It happened some time ago. My husband was reading in the bedroom upstairs and I was downstairs. The ghost showed up in doorway between the bedroom and the hallway (the door was open) The ghost moved from the doorway to the the closets in the other end of the room and then it disappeared. My husband said that the ghost looked like a kind of monk, but he was not able to describe him that well because it all happened so fast. Right after it happened I felt a little strange about sleeping in the bedroom, because I thought that the ghost might come back, but I have never seen it, and today I don't think much about it.

I lived 3 years in a haunted house. I never saw a ghost, but I heard footsteps several times -- the first time I heard them, somebody was walking in my bedroom, from a windows to a chimney and back, and it was very scary -- in rooms or stairs, doors slammed when they were locked, and 1 or 2 times sounds in my kitchen like if somebody was cooking. I was warned about that when I rented it, but I was not believing in ghosts. I have changed my mind since that, and several coworkers that I invited there for a week-end too. I have never heard any footstep since I have left this house, and never before.

That's quiet interesting ... you never thought of returning to that house ever after you left may be they wanted to convey something to you very much like the 'black woman' movie i watched.It would be interesting to listen to the recordings as well :)

I moved in another area and I never came back. The house was known to be haunted since at least one century and many tenants lefts after 1 or 2 months there. The rent was cheap for a large house and I stayed, though I thought to leave after the first sounds.

If you believe in their existence, they exist. If not, let it stay the way it is, don't let it bother you too much until you experienced it on your own. I've never believed in such things and according to some of my friends, such existence are actually harmless and who knows how long they've been in the house. They might be the actual landlord of the house and yet it's been taken over without their permission. Just live in peace with each other and all the disturbing would be gone. Should i say, if you are not disturbing them, they shall not disturb you as well.

Maybe that's one reason why I haven't experience having an encounter with them coz I don't really believe in their existence, but still there are times that I can't stop thinking about the stories that the former occupants told me and it creates some scary feelings for me specially when I am alone... what I am doing during those time is just to divert my attention to other things and make myself busy! haha
Well for sure, my husband and I are not disturbing them, since both of us are quite!

The house we live is our own and was built by my grandfather nearly 90 years ago.I have one such story to share with all of you.
It happened a few years back when my mother was alive.One night she went out of the room to wash her hands.As she opened the door,she noticed the doors of our kitchen wide open and a lady with her back towards my mother cooking something there.It was then going to be 1.30 am.My mother thought it was my sister-in-law,but suddenly an unknown fear gripped her mind.She shut the doors quickly,came back and told what she had seen to me.I opened the door,but found the kitchen was shut.I opened the door of the kitchen.The cooker was hot and the lighter was on the stand as if someone had kept it there minutes ago.
The next morning mother asked my sister-in-law whether she was cooking something at 1.30 am at night.She denied.It is still a secret.Nobody knows who the woman was.

lol :D Is that me in the house? I dun think u will ever experience those things because u'r such a blessed woman in life 
If u are not guilty of anything, have nothing to hide, u will be given a peace of mind.. lol Besides, philippines is a big country and it's not easy to govern them all. Who knows what happens in that house before and nobody knows about it. All i can say is, do not look under the bed.. hehe
I dun think u will ever experience those things because u'r such a blessed woman in life If u are not guilty of anything, have nothing to hide, u will be given a peace of mind.. lol Besides, philippines is a big country and it's not easy to govern them all. Haha...good thing we don't have a bed here! so no problem about that...but the stairs...sometimes it scares me! haha coz the aura on that part is kinda different...just scary like those in horror movies! hehe but now I think I'm getting use to it and maybe I can just pretend that I am the "white lady" here....even if I am not white! hehe

stories are stories and these are considered hearsay in the court of laws and thereby, no concrete evidence. unless otherwise, someone will testify that it's the fact. now i ask you, do you personally hear those sounds or see something unusual that you need to be scared?

hmmmm you honor... as for myself, I haven't experience anything unusual here even when I am left alone. But you sometimes when I hear something, I just consider that it came from the neighbor! Sometimes everything is just on the mind, so as much as possible, I don't think much about it...hehe

A secretary downstair hear and see things you never experience is not unusual, may be that extraterrestrial being doesn't want to bother you and your husband, want to keep her presence secret from both of you, she/he may want you both for company in the day and night without scaring the hell out of you. Don't worry too much, it had been three weeks since you moved in, if she doesn't like you at all, she may already make her presence known by now through various strange phenomenon beyond your understanding. It seem like she like you a lot by tuning in a cartoon channel when you are absent from the house, obviously she is concerned about your feeling and refuse to cause you harm. Lucky you!!

Yeah, I think he/she likes us! haha Imagine. he/she tuned in to cartoons of all the programs coz maybe he/she wants to be adopted by us since we don't have a child yet...hehe maybe he/she just want to add some fun in the house!

Hi eloemi hope you would never believe this scary story you heard. Anyone can create any kind of stories they wanted to tell just for the sake of a story itself. But, there were true (scary stories) according to them, but I never ever had a close encounter with any "not like ours".
Some people said that there are people who have a unseen third eye of themselves (medium)or someone that can communicate other spirit, selected few that can always see ghosts. Well, I am so lucky I am not one these bad spirits favorite to let them feel their presence. Because if I do, I would be more faster against those bad spirits to run..
Regards to your hubby, and don't be afraid of the ghost but be afraid on people like us nowadays. Lock your house before leaving even if you have ghost to guard it.

Nice to meet you after a long time. Where were you? What about sunset and her baby?
Anyway, i am quite brave in this regard. many times i have searched ghost but dont know why they avoid me and keep safe distance. lol. Nope, i dont believe ghost or have not reside in a haunted house but i wish to stay a night, for sure.

I think the more that we try to find them the more that they will avoid us! haha coz sometimes I am like that, I am waiting for them to show up but still I can't see anything!

I think I had told you about the paranormal things happening at my parent's house. well I had ehard stories that my parent's house use to be a grass field,as in an empty lot.The lot next to it, use to have a house, and the owner of that house killed his family after find out his wife is cheating, he burned the house,well that so called house is next tot he lot where my parent's house got billed, so yeah the ghost infestation is just strong. I get used to it growing up though,

Yes, I remember that you have mentioned about those unusual happenings in your house which is really scary as well. I think most houses do really have such ghost stories just that not everybody are capable of hearing and seeing those spirits...
I wish I can see a dwarf...haha the good one of course!
