I think your father has been suffering from prostrate enlargement which may be benign or malignant. So first of all, you must consult with a renowned urologist. Go for a blood test for PAS which will show whether it is benign or malignant. Also do a FNAC for confirmation of the diagnosis. And then decide what and how you want to treat the disease.

If he is really suffering from prostate disease, then why there is USG only for the kidneys? I think his doctor has advised him USG including the prostate too. However, he should go for a blood test for PAS. It will confirm the nature of the tumour causing the enlargement and will determine the mode of management.

Have your father seen a urologist yest? They know what are the things to do and to take for any prostate problem.
My father-in-law has been examined and given a medicine for his prostate a year ago. It was for 30 days only and was told to go back but my father-in-law didn't ever go back to him for more than a year.
Last March , he was suddenly paralyzed and was hospitalized and diagnosed to have 4th stage cancer of the prostate. The Urologist told him, that had he came back to him after 30 days that he was told, this could have been prevented.

My husband has a mild enlargement of the prostate. But the doctor said it's okay and he didn't prescribe any medication. But he said he should be checked up at least once a year.
However, my husband saw an advertizement for prostate supplement and he is now taking them regularly. He doesn't want his prostate to grow bigger anymore.

Ganoderma Lucidum is one of the variety of hard mushrooms. There are many claims that it has really health benefits. I haven't tried it though.

Some good medicine for prostate health would be saw palmetto, oat straw, and there are plenty of others. The best way to find good ones is to just do a search online because there are plenty of great ones. Also eating cauliflower with turmeric powder has been shown to strengthen the prostate and help prevent prostate cancer.

I don't know if there is a ste that sells the said oil. They are selling it here in our country on a specified reatailers only. Also, they shipped it locally but I don't have the idea to if they are shipping ir internationally. Try to search it on the net to get some idea and their contacts at their office.
