Ulcers are often caused by stress and bad eating habits. In order to help relieve the pain of ulcers you should eat foods that aren't as harsh on your body. Stay away from citric and tomato products. Also, it is important to get your ulcers checked out by a doctor because they could be hiding an underlying medical condition.

My ulcers are getting better now. Should be no underlying medical condition for this time as it is recovering as it should. Thank you very much for your information and advice.

I hope that there are guava trees in your place. Boil about 10 pieces of matured leaves in about 4 cups of water. Once it started to rolling boil, put the heat in a lower point. Simmer the guava leaves for about 15 minutes. Let it cool to a point it can be tolerable to your mouth and use this as mouthwash. Reminder, never put the remaining decoction in a refrigerator. Better to put it in a vacuum flask so that the heat will be retained. I hope this will help.

I think one person told me to put some salt on your finger and rub it on it, but now that I think of it honey also helps any problem like that and other things in the mouth as well. I use honey when I burn my tongue on hot food for example and it helps alot, and on any kind of wound in the mouth.

Salt is very effective but it's the worst of all the remedy as it hurts terribly. If honey helps, I am very much want to try it. At least it is not only cure my ulcer but also taste good!

Well i can suggest you these handy and useful homemade tips- 1. Crush the leaves of Indian Plum.Give off their paste in water and gargle. 2. Gargling with the water of adulsa is also effective. 3. Take 2 or 3 leaves of guava tree and catechu. Chew them together. 4. Mix a ripened banana in curds that has been prepared from cow's milk and eat this as a dessert.

There are many factors that result to mouth ulcers, such as abrasions from the hard food intake the heat of the body or too much brushing of the teeth. Try to gargle with saline solutions.
