I believe it's a good soap. It's been in the market for long while since the 1970's. I use the green one the medicated soap because it heals wounds and does not leave a scar. I believe it wouldn't be out in the market if it's bad for your skin. Maxipeel is also harsh on the skin, reddening of the skin is burning your skin, but they even have a commercial.

i think its a good soap is that the sulfur soap available in the market?i used to use it and it works wonders...wounds heal faster just follow the instructions in proper using it completely safe to use just follow the instructions...

Hi there, C.Y. Gabriel is not a new soap, it has been there since I was an elementary. Don't use that soap it's pure chemical, it's harsh bleaching soap that's why it require a towel. It's kinda effective in whitening if you use it religiously but I don't recommend cause it's purely chemical based, just use natural soap.

I have tried using CY Gabriel soap when I was in high school and it is somehow effective and cheap. I guess the reason why you cannot apply it directly on your skin is because it has strong ingredients, once you use it, you'd definitely feel the effect on your skin.

Hello, good discussion. i've been using C.Y. Gabriel eversince, and i must say, it indeed gives great results to your skin. not only that it whitens, it also removes pimples and pimple scars. Try the C.Y. Gabriel special pink because that's the most effective one... but i don't know if it suits your skin for many soap shifters they do have effects and either don't have so, i suggest you try the soap for a week and if it gives you good results then continue using the soap.

Hmm. I used C.Y Gabriel soap twice only. And as I remember it gave me pimples. The soap is really just not for me. I also don't notice any effect on my skin.

C.Y. Gabriel is not a new brand, it was already being used when i was a teenager way back in the 70's so probably it's been around earlier (50's) . It's a bleaching soap that's why it's whitening, during those days, i used it only to even up uneven dark spots (since i already have white skin)yes with the use of a face towel also to remove scaling and dark spots in the elbow , I'm not sure but i think you should avoid the sun when you use it for your whole body to whiten, please correct me if I am wrong about this
