My friend found this too personal to share and she's ashamed to ask for help for some reason. It really bothers her nowadays. She haven't moved yet for several days and it makes her frustrated. She already drunk a lot of water and several fruits, but to no avail. She felt her stomach is so full. Do you have any home remedies for this?

How about drink the juices, mikyung? Your friend could try the prune juice, of course, but also the orange juice and other the juices. Or eat the coconut milk or the coconut. Is this not a natural laxative?

I'm confused with your discussionIf she hasn't moved how could she drink water and eat fruit? I am very familiar with home remedies. So,I will be glad to help if you can answer this question. But, from what I can tell lavender and frankensense can help with energy. But,I do not understand how it still makes her feel full.Maybe she should go to a medical doctor and find out what is wrong. Then she can go from there to find out home remedies.

Hatley and Mikyung, I was born with a spastic colan and as a child I would drink prune juice. They may be what is wrong with her.My whole life I have been on a diet of limited corn, very spicy foods,Dr Pepper sodas and pepper.Drinking plenty of water helps. But,don't over do with the prune juice. Good luck!

dfollin I have often drank water and ate fruit and still did not have a bowel movement but if I make that prunes four hours later ot will work and always has.better for you than milk of magnesia too. less harsh.eat prunes or prune juice and you will never be constipated at all.

I see your point dfolin, maybe there is something wrong in her system if those suggestions will not work. Hope her condition is just plain constipation and not a symptom of a disease or something. For sure, medical checkup is the last resort for this. Thanks I will inform her about that prune juice. Thanks Hatley

I think she need to drink ginger tea, because its good for digestion. I experienced this before I drink lots of water and ate plenty of fruits but nothing works since my digection is not fast enough to digest food, so I started to drink ginger tea and after a few weeks I had a best result. My digestion is fine and has a regular bowel movement.

Oh yes, the fiber rich foods will help. Beans, oatmeal. I ate only those for a week to try a new diet and I moved 2-3 times a day.

Some fruits and fibers work better than others. It is getting to a point where it could be a serious medical emergency if she does not get the problem resolved. Prunes help, and some people will warm up prune juice and mix in Milk of Magnesia. Whole flax seed taken with water sometimes help. Other things to try are glycerine suppositories or even an enema. Both are available at pharmacies. Pharmacists are medical professionals just like doctors and nurses and they can advise your friend the best.

Avoid stress, that causes the problem (constipation) Sleep early as possible. Eat vegetable salad, tell her to avoid eating carbohydrates for the meantime. Ask her to buy slimming tea, that will give her instant remedy.

As we all know eating fiber rich foods helps us in our daily bowel movement. So, for your friend not doing it for several days is really a problem. Since it happened for days now, don't you think your friend should consult a doctor. I hope it's nothing serious but it will be a relief if she knows what bothering her.
