How can I remove face rash?

The weather is extremely hot here and I have suddenly developed rash on my face since yesterday. It is itching so much and I tried to pat some rose water for relief. But that did not help. Any suggestions to cure this would be welcome. There is no redness in the rash. However I can see it and feel it with my hands.

Maybe it's heat rash? I got a little bit of that on my legs last week, but it went away on it's own. Have you tried using Aloe on it? And perhaps using sun block for future reference? Staying out of the heat, etc? Hope it clears up!

Yes I think it is heat rash. I am glad to know your rash came and went on its own. I have not tried Aloe Vera but will definitely take the suggestion from you. I am trying to stay indoors except when I really have no choice and I am using the Neutrogena sunblock with SPF 50.

You might have what is called 'rosacea'. You can go to www.rosaciafacts.com and check it out. THere are creams you can get to put on it that help alot. Do you use sunscreen on your face? If not you might start. It sounds like you skin on your face is very sensitive to the sun. Hope this helps. Happy Mylotting!
