How i can start exercise to build a nice figure.

I have a great wish to build a nice body but due to lacking of proper knowledge i can't to anything for my body. It is actually happen as there are no gym at my resident area and no instructor here. So I'm upset a little bit that i can't do it possible. I need some information how can start body building at primary stage.

It is a best advise to keep your body shaped on getting in morning after brushing your teeth, tyou take glass of warm water with one spoon of lemon juice and one spoon of Honey. This I am doing for last 20 years and maintaining my shape of body even with out doing excersie and liitle evening walk .It will work good

gsbabu I have heard somethng similar..what is the main benefit of drinking lemon juice and honey? I wonder how good the lemon juice is for your teeth?

rony018 There are many exercises on u-tube for everything from warm ups to cool downs and emphasis on your legs, waist, arms, core..etc Just watch them and copy them. The number available is huge so you can have variety too. I have always heard use bottles full of water or cans as weights if yiu don't have anything else....also just dancing, jogging in place will help ..good luck to you!!

I have lost a lot of weight recently so I like to think that I know about exercising to get a good figure. One of the things that I think is most important is running. I don't use a gym, and instead I just go out running every day as I find that it is more energetic that it would be if I went to the gym. You should also make sure that you lift some weights as well, as you need to build some muscle as well as just losing fat. Your body will look much better if you choose to do this, so it is certainly something that is worth thinking about.

You can start your exercise by doing some stretching every morning to warm up your body, after that you can walk around inside your area or you can step up and down to the stairs of your house of you have. I think instructor is not neccessary if you really want to have a nice figure, you just need to learn how to eat proper diet, proper exercise which you can purchased DVD's and disipline to yourself. Dancing is also a good exercise to have a nice figure which you can do it even inside your room. Goodluck

Hello rony018 Perhaps you could utilize the resources of your local library, a bookstore, or even information online to find a basic program that offers the sort of exercises you desire for what you hope to accomplish. At the very least, you can be walking and do other exercises, then build from there.

Before deciding on taking up a good work out and a new lifestyle, remember that this won't work in an instant, so be prepared to wait for a couple of weeks, and even months to see a bulky difference on your body mass. Eat more! : Eat more food that is healthy, and throw away saturated and fatty food since they won't do well instead the will just give you belly fat rather than putting a great hard core abs. Eat protein enriched food and in large slow quantities. Exercise on the day that you want to exercise: Do weight lifting and physical activities in an hour that your body is comfortable of doing it. It is also recommended that you do four sets of different exercises per body part.

I would advise you to either do some research or to get a trainer. A trainer for one day a week that can give you the regime to follow the rest of the week. I had one and it helped me ALOT. Once a week would be much cheaper for you than more. And the trainer can tell you how much weight exercise versis cardio and etc. you need to achieve a set goal.

How you can start? By starting and not sitting behind your computer. Walk, run, jog, take your bike, eat way less and healthy, only drink water or tea/coffee (no sugar and milk). Have enough night rest (8-10 hours) plus take care of yourself. Nobody likes a smelly hairy person.
