Dear Fellow Mylotters, This is just a quick one. Since I was born, I do noticed that life has really a lot of trials. As problems do come one after another. As the previous one has been solved, there will be another one. That, whenever I do feel happy, a sad situation will take place. Hence, in this regard, a lot of times, I do lost my enthusiasm. As I am just waking up because I need to. But, the eagerness to do my aim, is lost most of the time.

That is for sure, not only with you.In most cases people tend to lose eagerness, desperation because of the taxing format of life and life does not treat everyone fairly so sometimes we need to get charged up cheering ourself for sure

It is important to have a goal or something or someone to wake up and get uptown the morning. I was depressed for a whilewhiledealing with a chronic illness and found myself waking up but not even getting out of bed till I absolutely had to because I didn't see a reason todo so. I had lost faith in myself and everything else. Then I searched myself and found that I had a lack of interest and care and I also had nothing that depended on me. Couple months later after researching the best thing to help with depression and illness I went to the local shelter and rescued my dog now that I will have had for 2.5 years this Friday! :) I now get up every morning knowing my dog depends on me to feed let her out and play. She always has a smile for me and has drastically changed my overall mood towards life. Nothing quite like being unconditionally loved . Have youthoughtof getting a dog or cat to help you through?

so just be positive.even every morning you wake up you just say i am feeling good now.even it seems very hard to say for you but say it. look the brighter things in your life. confess good things everyday.see the big dreams. and speak it.the moment sad things attack you remove it through your positve confession.declare your dreams and aims.confess it. you will see good things will be started in your life
