I've been visiting Reddit.com lately and reading some of the scary / spooky stories / urban legends ther. Of course I do this late at night when I should be sleeping, but instead I freak myself out more so that I can't go to bed. If you've never read this site but enjoy a good thrilling scary story, then I'd say visit the site. I'm not much for scary stories as things scare me very easily, but I still like the "paranormal / unknown" about it all. Anyone else venture there before?

I haven't been on the site before but it certainly sounds interesting. It would be fun for Halloween when the kids like a good story and I can never think of one except the Hatchett man one I mentioned earlier. I will have to check out the site and get some favorites remembered. Thanks.

Some of the stories are completely made up you can tell, but they do make you think of old legends you'd forgotten about or helps you spin your own tale. Hope you like it on the site.

when you do go, also type in creepy pasta on the search because that's another sub reddit that has a lot of urban legends, some I think from around the world.

Make sure you go to the /Nosleep category by searching for it. They have a lot of stories. That one person who has been posting in this (urban legends) category about the Pasta stories? It's on reddit! lol.

I plan to write out a few of my own stories here. I've also submitted some to reddit, and plan to make up some and submit to reddit. I'm in one of those writing moods.
