Hello mylotters, Just got home from work. And it was indeed a long day. I am planning to sleep early today but I just couldn't resist myself from opening my laptop and see what's up. I logged in here in mylot and as I can see it's working OK now (but still not totally OK which is understandable). Anyways, I am not sure if I will be able to stay in here for the next couple of hours since it's already late (11:45pm my time). I am sleepy already but I just got online like 10 minutes ago. So, let's just see if I would be able to stay longer. Anyways, do you really force yourself to stay awake just to stay here in mylot? Would you risk your sleeping pattern just to be here?? Happy Mylotting. _Joanna Lee_

Hi smurfysmurf ! Thanks for staying with us in your sleepy mood It's 9:10pm in India and I am enjoying my participation here . I never stay late hours now but initially I was a myLot addict Many myLotters are gathered today as MyLot declared quadruplication of our income for today as well . I am here discussing with all my friends and it's really fun . Hope you also enjoy for sometime before you sleep off . Good night in advance

I am also having a great time. But still, I am still ... I am trying to enjoy myself and just catch up with discussions of my real interest. I even posted comments on discussions that way older just to catch up... Anyways, it's indeed a good bonus for us...and worth it to stay wide awake.

I never forced myself to stay awake just to be here, in myLot. I like myLot but my health is more important. Maybe I could stay awake a night or two but not more. Besides, there are other important things in life before myLot. I realized I should put the most important things first, and myLot the second. It seems you are addicted to myLot that you say you opened the laptop to login myLot instead of going to bed earlier.

Hi Inu, I think that would be the case...that mylot is important to me. I just got back from my leave of absence in here and I am trying to catch up with a lot of things. Well, health is also very important for me...so I am not sure if I would be able to stay longer similar than before that I would tend to stay until dawn in here. Good thing that my work is not early in the morning tomorrow. Happy Mylotting!

Yes, I've lost some sleep because I wanted to keep myLotting. I don't force myself to stay awake just for that, though. If I can't keep my eyes open any longer, I'd just go to sleep even if I wish I could stay longer here in myLot. I may be obsessed with this site, but I still think about my many other responsibilities and still listen to my body/mind. If it tells me to sleep, then I shall sleep...

Hi Sishy, We should definitely be responsible enough to be taking care of our health and to fully listen up to our body...If it needs to loads up, then we do need to retire and just regain some energy through sleeping. I am quite addicted but I am more not so addicted now compared before when I was so so new... Have a great day!

Yeah, I've been addicted to this site since years ago. And I just couldn't get myself from coming back even though I would be away for a couple of months. And we are not alone on this one since for sure...there are a lot of mylotters out there who really feels the same.

This site can really be addicting... Even with all the glitches and site problems, I still find myself keep coming back here. Thank you for the BR vote, much appreciated.

Hi friend, i never forced my self to do work, if i feel sleepy. We don't have the ability to concentrate in our work at that time, so i will go to bed and take rest. Already you are tired with your work, taking rest is the best option for you.

Yeah, I did take a rest after spending two hours in here that night. I was just so sleepy so I went to bed and just regain some energy. And I was so shocked since I woke up so late and realized that I slept for more than 12 hours which isn't a usual for me. Anyways, let's keep ourselves healthy by having that normal sleeping pattern. Happy Mylotting.

I also experienced the same situation in some cases, but mostly it is because of online work. Although we are preoccupied staying up late just to do computer stuffs. The best way that we can stop it is to discipline ourselves and tries to put ourselves more rest rather than putting more things in mind. By disciplining you can weigh in resting and doing some other activities out from work. Also it is important to set aside away from your bed the things that might disturb and trigger you to stay awake all late.

Now, I can sleep well if I don't have insomnia attacks. I've been drinking hot milk or any drinks before I sleep just to aid me from falling asleep. I didn't have any insomnia these past few days..I think it's because I am always exhausted and I tend to wake up so early because of work that I needed to just lay down in my bed at night and call in sleep. Anyways, yeah, we need to discipline ourselves. And I am not sure if I am really good about it. I tend to have a lot of things going on in my mind lately...mostly problems. Have a great day!

Hi winterose... Yeah, I also am experiencing the same and I am currently having a hard time posting an image to my discussion. It loads up really slow. Anyways, hope I would get those notifications since that's the only way we would know that our comments have been commented. Hope all is well. Happy Mylotting.

I think it is good not to risk the sleeping pattern and a good sleep at night. I think it is good to take adequate sleep at rest. I think sometimes we might feel tired in the morning if we do not take enough rest in life.

Hi there Ajithlal, I am actually not a morning person so I tend to feel really sleepy and tired in the morning. And I would feel so so sleepy at work if I would be in a day shift duty....(but I can manage..). Anyways, might as well just cope up and still sleep for what is required which is 8 hours. Happy Mylotting!

Last night I was trying to stay awake to make up with some losses here for the past days. I am too excited to log in and read the alerts about quadruple earnings, but my eyes are too heavy that no matter how I tried to stay alert-I give up. So, i was not able to make a lot of earnings last night. Now I wish to earn better.

Hi Jaiho, I also really tried my best to stay even a bit longer but I just couldn't help myself and just went to bed after two hours of mylotting that night. I was regretful but I also need to help myself first and gain some energy. And I was shake because the moment I woke up it's already past 4pm...and I slept for more than 12 hours. (Yesterday wasn't a productive day for me.) Have a nice day!

Hi there Sjvg, Yeah, it's working really fine now...and I am not pissed off anything unlike yesterday. I would probably stay a little bit longer....maybe an hour or so depending on my sleepy moments. Have a nice day!

I love responding and reading discussion here in mylot but I never force myself to stay wake just to stay here in mylot. I am not going to risk my sleeping pattern just to be here because if I do, i cant participate on the next day. Much better if I have a daily plan or schedule here in mylot so that I can able to do some household chores and other things here in my house.

Hi there Belen, If we have early plans, then we should definitely prioritize that. If I was a day shift the next day, I was probably sleeping early that night...but I was on a night shift and I have a lot of time to catch up my sleep. Happy Mylotting.

Same here, but I just got home from school. Learning and doing many things in school is also making me so tired that I want to sleep but I my body still don't want. I just staying awake since MyLot has times four on earnings so I shall do my best for posting quality comments. Even I want to stay awake, I shall still fulfill my duty as a student and have enough sleep so I have enough energy for the class tomorrow.

Hi friend, mylot is working fine now, but taking rest is more important than mylotting. Just take rest and over come from your tension and tiredness.

I would probably do that in the next hour or even few minutes since I am already very sleepy... Just couldn't risk my health. But I would catch up in my sleep and still have that normal sleeping pattern even though I would sleep late. Anyways, good thing mylot is working really fine now... Have a nice day!

Hi there Rakesh, Good thing that you can really manage your time well. I do think it is very important for you to be able to do a lot of things. Like making your day really productive. Since I am back on mylot now, I am trying to insert mylot with my free time every time I am online. I am trying to catch things up...from my lost for long months. Anyways, happy mylotting!
