Are you worried for gaining weight? Then you can start your day with egg. Boiled, half boiled, fried or any other way you can keep menu of egg in your breakfast. Because there is such component in egg which reduces the effectiveness of the hormone which creates hunger. So if we eat egg the bowel remains full for long time.So naturally the rate of eating sweets, chocolate, biscuits, cake or other testy foods reduces. It was also found in the research of the British scientists that those who are over weighted they have deficit of Vitamin D. Eggs have sufficient Vitamin D. So they can overcome this deficit by eating egg. Vitamin D is rare in natural foods. Moreover egg is tasteful for all ages of people.

You can also drink cow's milk everyday. Milk is an ideal food. Milk is enriched with vitamin D and calcium. You must take fruits and vegetables. Try to avoid red meat.

eggss are so healthy and eating them even every day wil not hurt your health or blood and i have to say that you can eat daily eggs but you have to eat one only as this egg contains a lot of cholesterol so eating a peice daily is ok but more is going to high cholestrol

I don't normally eat eggs in the morning. I do enjoy them but I don't make it a habit of having that as my first meal. Though now that they have a filling quality I may eat one before work so that I will be full until time to go home. Also the fact that this helps to reduce weight, well is great, a summer egg diet it is.

Don't worry about cholesterol. You can add eggs as part of your diet with some oatmeal and such. Eggs help reduce weight mainly not because of the Vitamin D, but because of the high protein content. Since protein is vital in building muscle, more muscle means increase metabolism which also means more energy needed to work those muscles. Energy can be taken from the carbs that you eat and then the fat that you've stored. That is why bodybuilders eat around 5 - 6 eggs in a day and at least 2 of those 6 eggs will be egg yolks. Some facts about cholesterol, your body produce 3 - 6 times more cholesterol than an egg can give you. Cholesterol is vital for the production of vital hormones such as testosterone. So don't worry about the cholesterol. Just eat as much as you can. If you're into normal weight loss, 3 eggs a day is sufficient. If you're a bodybuilder, 4 to 5 eggs.

I am so happy you told us about this. Eggs is my staple, you see. I love eggs. I don't think life would be the same about eggs. But unfortunately, I can't say these eggs have been effective in making me skinny per sé. I still need to exercise or I expand like a balloon. Still, for the enjoyment value alone, eggs are worth it.
