I'm a civil servant, in my work I changed some departments. Ten years ago I worked with a very stupid boss, he couldn't speak Italian well and was really a dumb person. I fought a lot of times with him and then I decided to change department, there are no possibilities against stupidity, his stupidity knows no limits.
