What do you think of the tasks here at MyLot?

I just noticed the tasks section and did a quick job there. I see a lot of sign-up type tasks which I won't care to do. The task I did was a rewrite job. I'm curious how many tasks are available each day that don't involve signing up to other sites. Is there decent potential there to greatly add to our MyLot earnings?

Most type of tasks that you will find here in Mylot is about signing up and liking. I have not seen a rewriting task.

I noticed that most were signing up but I have seen rewriting tasks. The key is probably like someone said above - you have to keep checking in. I'm sure those tasks get snapped up pretty fast.

I don't think that mylot tasks are worth our time. If we start to complete tasks in other sites like minuteworkers, microworkers, superpay, we can even earn more than that we could earn from completing tasks in mylot.

Yes you get a good amount for the same task if you do in minuteworkers and similar other sites.

Do similar tasks pay better on those other sites? The last time I tried a microjob site, it was full of CPA signup offers. I don't do those and consider those 'marketers' to be cheaters as it's not giving the network good traffic.

I take up tasks occasionally here. I enjoy doing the tasks that pay for rewriting articles as well as re-tweeting and commenting tasks. I find them easy to do and get rewarded. I did some sign up tasks in the past but sometimes they take forever to credit or might not credit at all. So right now I am focusing on these type of tasks only. I have been doing the rewriting tasks over a month. I wish I had started earlier since they really help increase my earnings by $0.20-$0.30 cents at one go. I think tasks are a nice way to add to our earnings. Moreover I like doing them and for me doing what I enjoy matters a lot. Hope you will make good money from tasks. My best wishes to you.

I didn't see any retweet tasks but I'll keep my eyes open for them. Depending on what they are, I may do some of those. I don't want to retweet just anything, though, as it will alienate my followers.

The last re-tweet task I did was about some practice questions papers for an examination. I thought that would be a nice link to share. So I did the task. I agree that the tweets we make have an impact on our followers. Thanks for the BR!

The amount and type of tasks depends on the incoming option or posts of task makers. So it varies. Yes, I usually do a little sign up task, but mostly I do the writing tasks. Doing tasks is a great way to boost up your earnings here in myLot. There often some good writing tasks out in there. But I still prefer the Sharon Bucks writing tasks before where in I can net around $2.50 per article written. That really boosted my earnings greatly. You just have to check the tasks dashboard from time to time.

Those were for 300 word articles. But of course, the writing should be substantial and free of grammar errors. I miss those writing tasks by Sharon Bucks. Go ahead and ask around and I am sure those tasks are popular and selling like pancakes before.

How many words are they expecting for $2.50? I don't mind quick rewriting tasks, like the three sentence paragraph I just rewrote, but I won't write original content for pennies.

I am not really impressed by the task section here at mylot. Most of the tasks I see are related to signing up as you mentioned. I also did a rewrite task some day back. I tried to deliver best of mine in that. But I was rejected and reasons I were provided with was not straight forward. I could not guess the criteria for deciding the validness of the task. Thereafter I only engage myself in discussions. I get a lot of topic to respond to. Getting the task done required whole lot of mess and after all that you just get few cents. May be I will engage myself some other days to task doing job when I will find it more fruitful.

I'm sure that some of the job posters would be pickier than others. Perhaps you should just avoid any that reject you in the future? Good luck!

Hi tina. I have tried rewriting jobs here in mylot but i got rejected. So I do not accept asks here in mylot anymore. I think you can do more with your time posting and commenting on other users, discussions. The pay in the tasks are also usually low so I suggest that you focus on commenting and posting and interacting with fellow mylotters. This is just based on my experience. I hope you enjoy it here on mylot. Have a nice day and happy mylotting!

Sorry to hear your work was rejected. Perhaps you should try a different type of task? Do you really find it easier to earn with discussions compared to the tasks? Most people are saying that you only earn pennies from the discussions. It's still cool to get paid a bit to chat with others, but it doesn't seem to be a viable way to make real money.

I have done some of the re-write tasks to and I find them simple with a reward that is well worth the time spent to complete them. Sometimes I do blog comment tasks too. As the first responder said, just keep checking back because they are all user created and can appear at any time of the day (or night).

Thanks for mentioning that new tasks can be added anytime. I'll be sure to check in whenever I have a few minutes to spare. Rewriting and blog commenting are quick jobs so I'll be sure to watch for those.
