Does part-time jobs impede your likely success? That means, when you are taking on a part-time job, your concentration will be subtracted, then the likelihood of your success in one field may reduce, isn't?

Yes that is very true. When you say that you are doing a "part time" job, you should do it in your leisure time without hampering your main work. We sometimes get very much indulged in these jobs seeing quick payments and hence spoil our prior works. I always try to keep in mind the same fact. Doing part time is no doubt a very creative but smartness lies in the fact that we should be in control of what our main task is and then focus over some other thing

thank you for your participating in my comments. But i think the human's vim is limited and sometimes part time jobs always have many aspects that you could not consider. When the things went on unsuccessfully, you would feel boring and lost. May be you can deal with it very well, but to me,i think i have a little difficult.

Yes I am not totally against your point of view. Take for instance this one, on mylot I am kind of engaging myself in a so called part time job. Now I am putting all my time here since I am on my vacations. But as soon as my college starts, I will have to make sure I am giving limited time to mylot and assuring myself good grades by studying for adequate hours.

It's really a dilemma. Maybe you should choose jobs you like best to do. One's life is short, so we shouldn't waste them on these boring things. Oh, my god, is chatting on the mylot a waste of life? A new dilemma!

I don't think that having a part-time job will effect your goals negatively. It depends how you manage your goals and how you want to reach them. I think having a part-time job will help you to get to where you want. For example, if you want to start a business, where are you going to get money to start? From the part-time job of course. You are able to use this money to invest or use it for your potential business. As long as you can focus, work hard, and you set goals then you can succeed (that's how I see it)!
