Salad Recipe

            Any of you great cooks out there, would wanna share their favorite recipes on here?
I'm a vegetarian. So hopefully, you'd share a veggie recipe as well!! :)
I'm looking to get ripped. And want my dinner to be just a nice salad mixed with some proteins and stuff.
Anyone with a recipe that contains - proteins fats and fibrous carbs?

                    lol i always eat fruit salads and vegetable salads, they contain cucumber, apples, orange, grapes mostly, good for health

                    Welcome to my lot!
I`m about to go for a salad sort of food we call "salpicòn". It has a boiled potato, a carrot, raw green veggies, shredded fish or tuna if you wish, a cut up hard cooked egg. You cna also put some olives, some cooked corn (for fiber) and diced cheese. I like to add a bit of finelly diced onion and I make a dressing with salt, pepper, oil and vinegar or lemon juice to your taste.
The greens I will use are from my garden so thety are organic .

                    Salad are good for health.you can try this salad
maxican salad.Take a bowl add rajma,corn,green chillies,
capsicum,cabbage,vineger,chat masala,olive oil,cream,
tomato sauce,black peper powder and ajwain,cumin,
coriander powder mix it well and serve chilled.

                    You can try fruit salad.I think salad are always a good for health.
you can also try vegetables salad. Salad make of cucumber,tomatoes,
lettuce,carrots and row spinach leaves.This is all good for salads
