Going to try to go to just a few garage/estate sales (w/ no flights of stairs) today, weather permitting. Can you tell I'm getting antsy with this recovery process already and want to do something fun again? Sigh. I think it's going fairy well enough now after the surgery so why not, right?

Surgery? I hope it's sorted out whatever the problem was. Personally I would never consider buying a garage that was accessed by stairs, so you do right to avoid those. Enjoy your trip out.
I am off out to Tesco soon, with a list of good stuff for my armpit.

You are too funny. I am back and feel fine. One of the garage sales was a no show, as in nothing was open as they said. I bet they cancelled at the last minute and just didn't bother to put a sign out. Then the second one just didn't have much. The garbage man there that was dumping garbage for the neighbors asked if there was anything good there and then went to it as well. I was thinking he could just throw most of that stuff stuff in his truck, nothing worthwhile. Then later went to two dollar stores. Before you ask, no I don't buy dollars there.
Did you find anything good for that armpit of yours at Tesco? I hope it helps.

I wasn't going to ask if you bought dollars at the dollar store. I know what they are. 
We have them here too, cept we call them pound shops. You can't buy yourself a garage in them, but if you want sweets or discounted household goods they are useful.
No, I couldn't find anything from the list I was given. They don't deal in latin named things, so I came home with nothing, except another can of deodorant. I should have bought a big stick tho, to keep the pack of dogs that followed me there and back at bay. I wasn't brave enough to let one of them smell my breath in case I got my nose bitten off.
