Which sites have you left?

My friend and I recently had a discussion about online money making. He is a member of many online survey sites. He doesn't earn cash, but he earns gift cards. He asked me why I don't use any survey sites, and I told him that I have done it in the past, but I gave it up because it was a very, very slow way to earn. Most of the time I didn't qualify for the surveys, and it took me half a year to earn $5. When I had received my 5 dollars I left, because it felt like a waste of time. On another survey site I was a member for several months without a getting a single survey and I left that site, too. I don't plan on taking surveys again.
Which types of online earning sites (PTC sites, paid to post sites, survey sites, paid to surf etc) have you left - and why have you left them? Have you ever thought about giving those sites another chance? Or do you prefer to avoid that type of site because of bad experiences in the past?

its true that many of this sites are scams...,but some sites really pay us,even though i had made much money through survey sites,i will not recommend all survey sites.many of them are scams,i had joined more than 200 survey sites till now.some sites really pay us in this sites i had got payments from about 4-5 sites..and they are still paying me for my works..others are still sending me mails and every thing..some sites send surveys too..no such types are real...!!!!!!

It is good to hear that you received payment from some of the survey sites. I also received payment from one site, but I have left that site by now, because it was a very slow way to earn money and I didn't feel that it was worth my time. It is true that many of the survey sites are scam sites. One of the most famous scam sites is A.W surveys. Like many other people I joined that site when I was new to online money making, but I left it when I discovered it was a scam. They have managed to scam many people already and they still get new members.

I have joined cash crate, sender earning, get paid, but I have not earned much money from them yet. They did offer a lot of surveys but right after I have joined the sites, those surveys just disappeared into the thin air without any reasons. Even if there were still some surveys left, I was not eligible for all of them. Well, I still haven't left those sites yet, but I will just switch my attention to other sites to make money online.

I have heard about the sites that you mentioned about, but I haven't been a member of them. It sounds annoying that the surveys disappeared after you joined. My own experience with survey sites is not very positive. I have been a member of many different ones and one of them did pay me, but it took me many months to earn $5 because most of the time I wasn't eligible for the surveys that they offered. Another survey sites never sent me a single survey during the time that I was a member of the site and eventually I left the site because it felt like a waste of time. Today I usually spend my time on other kinds of sites.
