Hiya myLotters and friends!
For the last 20 hours now, I never had a single stick. Hope I can do it now.
Since yesterday, after the last pop I made, I never even mentioned its name or look at anyone who pops. I wanted to do it now, for the nth time.
Please give me more will power to make this one successful.

no one in the house knows and none of them ever noticed, so far.

you can do it neil! go go go.. try some diversional activities and keep being busy with important things so that you will not have to go back to that vice. chew a candy so that your mouth has something to do.

That would be a good thing to quit. I think you will find a lot of encouragement around MyLot for improving your life that way. You could have your own club, I guess.
