Today my husband and I went out to dinner and he held the door for all the women going into the restaurant when we entered. I think its nice to see men helping women by doing this. While in the restaurant a man clipped coupons for the restaurant and his wife gave me a coupon for $10 off our entrees. Sure made our bill affordable. Have you given a coupon to somebody else in a restaurant? I did a few weeks ago when we ate at Coco's. Its always great to save money and when I can help somebody save also it really brightens up my mood. What is the last thing you did for somebody else? It could be any day.

I am so happy if ever I am given a chance to help. Doing small things for other is enough to make a day complete. If ever I would have to ask myself at the end of the day, "Have I done something good today?" And I know that I was able to give help to anybody. I can say that I can sleep well.

I do sleep better knowing I made a difference in somebody else's life that day. People do appreciate it when others take a little time out of their day to be helpful. Thanks for posting.

I did the coupon thing at JoAnn's fabrics....I had the coupon, two actually and everything I bought was already on sale....there was a line and I walked along until two others who didn't have coupons, asked for them...it was cool! I also do alot of photography....when I see a group and one person is taking the photo I offer to take the whole group. As a scrapper I see alot of time that I am not in my photo's with everyone as I am the one taking the picture..the best time was at the Grand Canyon and a couple were honeymooning and I took several photos of them together so they would both be in the photo.

That is great and really loved knowing the honeymoon couple will be able to bring out those photos for years to come and enjoy them. I like sharing the store coupons, as they save me a lot. There is really a lot of joy knowing we can save other crafting people at the store. I love JoAnn's has lots of great items. Thanks for posting.

I don't get much coupons, and when I do, I usually use them too because I'm also very conscious of our family budget and enjoy savings and discounts when I can. BUt I love giving away snacks that I personally cook to our neighbor like spaghetti, pancakes, cup cakes, and the likes. Just this morning I cooked chicken soup, I used the pressure cooker as pan so there was really much for everyone. Then I sent some to my neighbor, he's an old man living alone (his children have their own families already but they regularly visit him). I also sent some to my sisters-in-laws who live as neighbors themselves, about five blocks away from ours. And of course I served my kds and their playmates as well, because they know I always prepare some nice snacks during weekends. It makes my heart big to hear them tell how much they enjoy my cooking. Lol =)

Awww, that's so sweet of your husband! We also try to help others in our own small ways. Like we always give way to the elderly and even assist them in getting in an elevator or holding out the door for them when they enter a building. We also try to give consideration to those who are handicapped or sick. Only small considerations but I know they appreciate it. Besides when we get old, we also want to be treated with consideration and respect.

I always hold the door for handicapped and people that are older than me. I'm a senior citizen and appreciate others taking care of me. Some of the doors are really hard for me to open. Thanks for posting.
