a Facebook account for mylot friends

am thinking on having an account in facebook where fellow mylotters will be the priority friends. do you think it will click? do you think mylotters would like that? i really would love to know how the people here would react to that idea. ann

I do think that it is a good idea, also think that there would be a few people that would want to be added, but I like to keep mylot friends seperate to face book friends. Not many of my friends know that I am on here, so if they were to join there are things that I would not talk about, as the things could be spread around and to be honest this is a great escape away from face book.

Having more than one account is a violation of Facebook's Terms (regardless of the fact that they estimate that there are about 45 million duplicate accounts!). It is best to either start or join a group (as The Lamb has suggested). That is what Facebook Groups are for.

but the lamb has joined two groups. maybe i will join one first. problem is how to know who is who in mylot. they dont reveal their names here and if they do there, how will i know that this i.e. "AA" is the Owlwings in facebook? have a nice day. ann

I do have a few of my friends from on here as friends on my facebook account and I have to admit that it has been nice to get to know those people a little bit better. With that said, I think that the best thing that someone that is a mylot member could do would be to make a facebook group where mylot members would be able to join if they would be interested in it. This I think would be a greater benefit than a person having a facebook account where they only had mylot friends and friends.

hello professor, i think i will use tigeraunt as my facebook username. you have to teach me because i am not that active in facebook. thea and yeng are much better in interacting in that site than in yahoo. lovely idea isnt it? am excited. ann

Nice thought mam create a group the name "mylot friends" then we can join this group means only mylot friends are available in this group.

hello fanta, this will be a purely mylot group i would suggest. but then if the mylot member wants to have someone not a member to be in his/her list, we cant have a control about that. oh wow! forever the lamb, i didnt know this. i would surely want to join. thank you.

Yes, i have an account in facebook and lots of mylotter are there on my friend list and even we have a group too where we discuss a lot. You may create an account. have a nice time.

hi tigeraunt, Maybe some mylotter will agree but for me I don't think so Cause some mylotter don't even show their real pics here besides not all of us are friends in mylot then why in facebook Just an opinion happy mylotting

hi bhaby, it is ok. i guess people who wants to reveal their identity to other mylot members will be excited as i am. i wouldnt mind though if they prefer to remain a secret and join facebook. that is their right. but of course, you are entitled to your own opinion. i dont have a problem with that. have a nice day. ann

I too have a Facebook account where many of the Mylot members are my friends. It is a nice way to keep in touch with friends with whom we discuss so much on Mylot. We get to know them much better by this way.
