Delivery Guy Needs Brain Surgery! =(

It was like any other night. Someone placed an order for pizza online and the delivery guy went to bring it to them. The delivery guy was working for Domino's, he is 19 years old and was getting ready to go into the military at the end of this month...
He got to the house with the pizza where 3 guys were waiting for him. They beat him so bad, hit him over and over with a baseball bat. They robbed him of any money he had in his pocket. He managed to get in his car and drive but he couldn't drive very far.
Back at the store the manager was getting worried because he was gone for 40 minutes and it only takes 15 minutes both ways where the house was located. She stops everything and goes to look for him. She finds him in his car, beaten and not conscious. She called 911, they took him to the hospital. He just recently got out of brain surgery and is in critical condition...
I just ask that everyone here pray for him. This world is getting more scary by the day. This happened 15 minutes from where I live. So sad...

You are obviously a believer so I ask you, will you also pray for the people that committed this dreadful crime?
Surely these people need loads of prayers of forgiveness and the ability to change their ways, just as much as their unfortunate victim does??

It is very crazy. It is getting scary to do anything these days. =( I am terrified to see what the world will be like when my children are grown...So sad.

Very good point Ms. Tickle. They absolutely do need prayers for changing their evil ways.
Also the victim and his family need prayers from everyone. I feel so bad for them. This kid did absolutely nothing wrong but his job and he did not deserve this evil deed to be done to him.
He might not even survive, so far he is still in critical condition for their 3 pizza's and $20. He might lose his life for that! How terribly sad...

I just don't even know what to say. I'm just sitting here shaking my head and wondering what the heck is happening in the world today. What are we all going to be doing pretty soon if this type of stuff doesn't stop.
You can't go out to eat because someone will shoot you...you can't go to the movies because someone will shoot you, you can't go to college anymore because someone will shoot you, etc. And now you can't even have a measley little job delivering pizza without getting the $hit kicked out of you and you're left to die. They might as well have shot him, not much difference anymore. It's really heartbreaking and my prayers go out to him.

I completely understand. Thats how I felt watching it. I was shocked and so sad for him and his family.
I am scared with how the world is going. I hope people start waking up.
It is horrible. This world is going to crap. I swear I am beginning to be scared to breathe or walk outside my door. People are going nuts! I am terrified for my children as well, scared if the world is still going what they will go through!

Have you heard anything today on how he's doing? I know sometimes the news will tell you what happened but then they never follow up on it.
I know what you're saying about your kids and whats the world going to be like in the next 20 years. I have two daughters and although they are adults I still worry about them...you always will. And, I have 2 grandchildren with the youngest being 5. I do wonder about things just like you do. It is a scary thought.

Unfortunately they have not followed up on it yet. I keep hoping they will tell us further news about him but no such luck yet.
Yeah I know part of being a mommy is worrying. It is very scary thinking about how things will be down the road, its going to get worse which is a terrifying thought!

This is appalling!
I don't think anyone in their right minds would beat anybody who's just trying to earn a living. I think they're the ones that need to get their brains fixed!
I hope the pizza place has the record for where this guys live. And they get arrested for what they did!

No Utah, they were not that intelligent apparently. 2 out of 3 of them are arrested. They sadly cannot find the 3rd one but they are looking for him. They did live there at that house.
No, they were obviously not in their right minds bounce. It is so awful! People are doing the craziest things now for money. It is really scaring me!

He just want to finish his job and it's so sad and unexpected they will do that to him just to get his money. Case like this can happen to anyone. They make fake phone calls and then they will rob the person. I hope he will be fine and save from the injuries.

It is so sad. That is all he was doing was working, he did not deserve this to happen to him. It is so awful. I hope he makes it and I really hope the other guy gets caught! I have not heard anything further yet.

It is just sad, what happened to delievery boy. How such behaviour is changing these days. People are becoming impatient and become reasons for someone's life. Where our world is advancing. I think our life during un-digital stage was much better and even the best when wheel was not even invented. Peopleremained with their own Kins and kiths and enjoyed tehir life. I will Prey Almighty gfor his early recovery and timely joining Military services.

It is so sad. =( Behavior is changing for the worse and I am scared to see what it will be like when my children get older.
I agree, life was better in the past than it is now a days. I hope he gets better soon and is able to be back to his self.

That is so terrible! People will do anything to rob a person! Today's society is seems to be getting worse and this just proves it! It is so sickining to hear! I hope this pizza delivery guy makes it and the police find the guys who beat the crap out of him!

It is so sad that people will stoop to that level of violence in the world today. That young man definitely didn't do anything to deserve the treatment that he got from the people that he was delivering the pizza to. I pray that this young will be able to recover from this beating and that he will still be able to have a life that will be meaningful to him.
On the other hand, I also pray that the three men that beat this young man will face proper justice.

Yes it is so sad. No he was just working and making honest money. It is terrible what the world is coming to now. Scary to think what the world will be like when my kids get older.
I hope he recovers and will have a life as well. It is just awful! =( The 2 guys were caught but the third one is still missing...

What a horrible thing to happen. We have a Domino's round the corner from us and I often see the guy on his little motorbike delivering pizza in the area.
I hope the young man pulls through. Have you heard anything since you posted the discussion (sorry, I've not read the other posters).

I know its horrible. They found two of the guys. Their looking for the other guy. The third guy ran, go figure. Hopefully they will catch him and hopefully the guy in the hospital will be ok.

I felt sorry for that poor guy. He must have been working hard for him to sustain his living and then there came this crazy who just robbed all that he hardly earned. This guy might have a promising life and they just ruined all his wonderful aspirations in life. If only they knew how much dream has been shattered. I just hope and pray that what happened to him would not be a big problem for him entering the military.
As to those crazy guys, they really should be held responsible of their doings. I wonder if those guys have been caught by the police? They really should pay for the trouble they caused so that they may learn their lesson.

I feel so bad for him too. Yeah he was doing nothing wrong, except his job. He did have a bright future until they did that to him. I hope he recovers and can still join the military.
Two of them are in jail but the third one they are still looking for. :( Thanks for praying for him. Him and his family need prayers.

He needs a prayer and the bad guys need to rot in jail
. I´m sure there´s a computer or whatever at Domino´s where they write down the addresses of the pizza orders. At least when I call (and it´s not too often) they even know my name. Shame!!!

This is just horrible :( I really don't know what's going on with people these days and why they do some of the awful things they do. This poor kid was just working a job and getting ready for the military, he pretty much had his life goals within reach and these people took it all away from him. I really hope he pulls through and recovers without any major problems
