how can I be inspired to make my belly flat??

hia mylotters. it has been a long time that I am obsessing to have a flat belly but I am only just that - obsessing and not doing it. evertime we have pictures taken or going to the beach and wearing swim suits I would shy away from my friends because I have a thick belly. My boyfriend would tease me and I would say I would start my diet but then I really dont do it. help me how to be inspired to really do it.

Maybe you can post pictures of models with flat bellies on your dresser, on your door, or on your locker or cabinet, and everytime you'll see this pictures, you might get motivated to do whatever it is you want to do to flatten your belly. The most important thing to do is to START right now and don't procrastinate when it comes to dieting. And also, you can do bicycle crunches 30 reps a day and you'll see improvement in a month.

that is a wonderful idea autumn! I will look for a picture of a slim woman and I will make it a goal that I will be like her. i dont know what bicycle crunch is but maybe I can research about it. thank you so much!

Yes, research bicycle crunch and how it's done. There are videos about this on Youtube. It worked for me, it might work for you too! Good luck!

It is very inspiring if we have flat belly. Be inspired for health sake. You can have more stamina to do things when you had done exercising.

hi there shavkat! i am inspired to be inspired and have that flat belly that i am jealous of. i wish i can turn back time and still have that flat belly when I was young but then no one told me that as we age our bodies also thicken and now I am unhappy with my belly but I am trying to find ways to have it flat again

The middle is probably the hardest to lose. If you are really obcessed and want to lose the middle you could hire an exercise coach and he could tell you exactly what exercises you need to do, how many and for how long. The coach can also tell you what you need to do to keep it off.

hi there celtic. I dont know If i can afford to hire a coach. maybe if I can find a friend who is a coach then I can get it for free. but you do have a sound advice. a coach may already have some experience and can let me know what to do. thank you celtic

I feel that there are a lot of my friends that have had children just can not shift their tummy.One of my friends on the other hand has now got a total flat tummy and the way she got that, was to do sit ups in the morning, in the evening as well as before she got into bed.It took her 6 months, so not a quick fix.

wow. maybe I can do sit ups too! i will surely need a lot of self discipline on that because in the evening from work I usually sleep immediately but six months for me is a short time for your friend to have achieved that goal and kudos to her. thank you for the info jugs!

Hi I can understands your problem. I think you can start asimple diet were you have to eat lots of fruits but the fruits with large suger levels in less quantity and avoid fries and oily foods. Also try to search online some excersices for womens like trainning with tammy, etc. I usually do 'trainning with tammy' but you find the one suits you and your body best b.coz its the matter of health and even I have heard that having raw tomatoes can help us to reduce the belly fat. You can also keep a personal trainer or coach to guide you if possible so that the deit or exc program can't harm you and you can do it easily also effectively. All the best. Ask your friends, lots of them, that wanted to make their belly flat too. Ask them to accompany you to the gym or make goals together. With that, you can accomplish things and you will have a nagger friend to push you to your comfort zone.

hi there seoey. yes it would be nice to have a friend that can accompany me towards the goal. I do have a friend that shares the same goal but the problem is we both dont have control and if we are together, we end up eating a lot and talking a lot too!
