Do you encounter people that when they open their mouth to start a conversation but they always start with a bad words, expression or a curse? My friend hubby is like that, whenever he started to talk he always start with a bad words first before continuing to his topic. We went to the grocery store yesterday with her hubby and there lots of people in the grocery store and it looks like people are having panic buying because of the recent calamity we have. I stay away from them because people almost thought that her husband was fighting with her while talking. I also have some relatives of my ex back when I was in the big city who also like that. It is just unpleasant to my ear.

That is true to many whose mouth is too dirty. However, for them it is just normal but for people like us, it's not a normal thing to do, to curse and say bad or foul language whenever we talk. I believe that it is a reflection of the kind of training they have, which form the habit of saying bad words. Also, it is a reflection of the inside of a person. I don't like to be with people who are cursing and saying those negative words most of the time. I am glad you made a distance with them.

Hi good, how are you? I used to hear them when I'm still in the city and I have nothing to do but just to close my ears to them. But being away to them for almost 5 years now I get irritated when I heard it again here in my town who I seldom heard those bad words.

I will admit that I am a person that does use some profanity when I am talking, but I honestly cannot think of very many times that I will start a discussion with something like that, unless I am telling some kind of a dirty joke. There are times that I will start something by using a profanity, but this is typically something that I will only do when I am very mad about something. I have been known to go off on people when I don't believe that I am being treated right.

Yes unfortunately I know of too many people like this, sometimes I find it embarrassing to talk with them as other people are watching and listening. Some people are also very negative when they talk, they might not use bad language but they talk negatively constantly which also gets on my nerves.

My friends usually speaks bad words too and i just get used to it. Like it is only normal for me to hear those words and expressions. Maybe you just hate it really in a way that it affects your mood. I mean i am not telling that bad words are healthy, its just that there are different people and we need to understand if that is who they are. Let us not choose people because they words may be harsh but their heart and who they are are not really that bad. Although sometimes what we speak defines who we are. It is nice that you remain true to yourself though and you just remain distance to them

me to. im just sick of these people that do that. it also bugs me when i hear a movie is really good and go to watch it and cant enjoy it because of all the swearing, cuss words going on in it. why do so many people feel this is a way to go/talk these days my daughters bf can hardly talk for saying the F word all the time. but he never says it in the company of my oldest son any more so that proves he knows better. i did a discussion on it about a year ago and very few people here agreed it was wrong. most know its not only embarrassing but wrong! to listen to and be around such a crass neanderthal!! lol

These types of people are just making headlines with their own crooked thinking. They know they are hurting almost all the people who hears their talking, yet they still continue to talk bad words. These people are born with the zodiac sign of Capricorn with the sarcastic attitudes and prudent thinking. They tend to have many enemies.

Oppss I think zodiac sign have noting to do with this. I'm a capricorn and it's not in my type to talk like that. Capricorn is a very jealous person and hardworking man. And I don't agree with you on that.

I cannot stand to be around people who constantly curse or use inappropriate language. There is no call for that. They can go on and on about freedom of speech, but please have the decency to curb your language when you are around others.

My ex husband used to come home from the construction site and be talkin' like a trucker. He would apologize for his bad words and expressions and it took him awhile to get used to tuning it out when he came home. Unpleasant to the ear to be sure. What do they think is so cool about sounding so idiotic?!

I don't know why some people do this. Maybe it started out with their need to get others attention and now has just become a habit?

These bad habits, which should be changed. How he talked with his parents? How does he talk to his boss? What if he led an important meeting which was attended by key people? I would like to hear if he was successful.

I also encounter such kind of people and I just ignore them because they never thought that what they are saying might not be very good to hear. If it happened to be my relative or a friend, I would try to call their attention about it.

Yep, I have encountered some people with potty mouths. I know I also cuss whenever I get too angry and pissed, but I am not used to people whose sentences are preceded and ended with cuss words. These people's talk affects me like a nail scraping the chalkboard. It just makes me so uncomfortable and I'm the one who actually feels embarrassed for them. As much as possible, I just try to have minimum contact with them, or just have conversation with them over the phone, and not in anywhere public, not even in my house where my kid siblings can hear them.

I just wish children at the very young age will not imitate them.
