Don't you just love it when people from a country on the other side of the world come up with solutions to your country's problems? Man, if only the citzens of the country in question could be that smart! Who knew the people in Russia could solve the problems of the Irish? Who knew the Swedish were key to solving the problems of America? We've all been looking in the wrong place, we've been looking at each other when we should have been looking to people who have never been to our country in the first place! Aren't you relieved we finally know how to solve your country's problems?
*If you don't take this for sarcasm, then, well, I can't help you.

Sometimes it is indeed true, believe it or not.
One case that comes to mind was when Israel was facing a huge wild fire problem that was spiraling out of control. This was actually solved by Greece, who had experienced the same problem in their own country - probably a year before.

Well, you never know. Someone might just come out with a good idea. However, more likely than not, an idea probably should be just that, & kept to themselves. At minimum, a minimal appropriate response would be either a groan (if you want to make noise at it), or this -- At maximum, uh ... well, that's better left unsaid.

It is also true that the best person to tell you how to parent your two year old is the parent who only has a one year old. We love solving other people's problems. Yes, I do read this as sarcasm.
