The internet has changed our lives in so many different ways and a lot of things that were impossible in the past are possible today. We can study online, we can find new friends or partners online, we can share pictures online, we can do our shopping online, we can find all sorts of information online etc. All of those things weren't possible in the past when there was no internet and I think that the new possibilities are really great, but the of course there are also some disadvantages about the internet like the internet addiction, internet crimes and a lack of face-to-face communication.

The internet is amazing but some time I wish people would do more outside activities , like when I was a child . I love the way everything is at our finger tip . To Study online would be excellent but how accredited is their degree ? Do you have any idea because it would be nice ! Those are the disadvantage , we don't really get real human contact anymore . I will only shop online if what I want I cannot get in my area /country .

Hi benthelSophia, Yes beth this is true that now days internet make life very easy, now we can do all things from home even can pay other bills like electricity, mobile and other. now internet banking make it more easier. Now internet banking and online shopping make life in home so now we got lazy to go out for shopping and this is dark part of this that now we have less communicate with other people face to face.

Yes people do shopping without leaving their house.They just use an Internet access,a computer and their card information to make a payment.It is kind of difficulty to imagine that a few years ago people had to spend their time in lines buying tickets.Now,a person can choose a destination,company,date and time and get tickets delivered to his door.It is just amazing.It has made our lives easier.Here I think with the invention of computers people became more closer and friendlier.

its true,i like to get my stuffs using internet.there are so many things in the webpages and you dont have to go far away to get you favourite goods,its so convenience.of course,meeting new people is always a pleasure,sometimes when i dont need something i would like to go shoping with my friends too.

Hi, Its an information superhighway, but like early superhighways, highwaymen do abound. I am always wary of scams, mostly ways and means to rob us out of money and resources. I really can't tell if the one I'm drooling on is real or fake behind those multicolored LCD screen. Its like looking at shadows and never being able to see the reality unless one exert great extra efforts to verify their credibility. Weeks ago, it seem like a long time, I ordered and paid something on one of the online shopping stores and I haven't received the item yet. Being used to going home with the merchandise from a store just downtown, the waiting is way too long for me.
