Naked Yoga

So my husband and I started P90X. We are both in need of getting trim and we were both sort of dreading the 1.5 hours of yoga ahead of us. I have been trying to make a good effort at keeping things interesting so I thought what the hell... Why not offer naked yoga... So my husband and I texted and made plans for the evening for when the kids went off to sleep. I can tell you this was great for our relationship. We had a fabulous time laughing and exercising and then burning a few extra calories!
Have you ever tried anything like this with your partner?

Naked Yoga huh? Now that is an idea to spice things up. I can't say that I have ever tried naked Yoga but that is not to say that I won't..LOL.

Even I have not tried out this but some people comes up with some new idea and they are really nice and to give the second thought on it. What she has mentioned in her post sound to be interesting but couple with grown up children have to think over before starting or practicing such act

It's a bit nippy at the moment here in old blighty. Would it be OK if I left my thermals on? At least until I got warmed up a bit. shiver

Ah, I see! I like to talk with my friends in a British accent when we are drinking, we have a lot of laughs and I will be throwing in blighty now :) I do wonder, why do you have so many nicknames for your land? I don't think we have that many for where I live :)

Blighty is an old-fashioned word for Britain.
We have so many different names for this grand isle on which I live I often wonder where I am myself.

I am reading many topics about naked Yoga now a days. I think doing Yoga in a naked posture may feel little relaxed but it can't be done in open so little problem is there to get fresh air.

That seems interesting according to your descripiton,but my partner is a shy and conservative girl so I afraid that she will not accept the naked Yoga,but anyway,I will have a try,lol.
