Getting Angry is Actually Punishing Yourself With the Mistakes of Other Yes is very true..angry is like a punishing to yourself of the mistakes made by other....hehehe so useless it is...why you go to angry to yourself..from other people mistakes but it sound logic but many people will get angry to our self also when see other people made mistakes. So even how true it sound and mean from the quote above this quote would not be strong enough to change the angry feeling for the people when see other people made mistakes even they know it full with harmful feeling when you are showing angry to someone cause they mistakes is sees by you. Are you feel same like the quote above when you are seeing other people mistake and keep angry to yourself, i hope you are not that person that is telling in the quote above but how you will do if you are angry when seeing other people mistake that can reduce or vanish your angry feeling?

I am in complete agreement with this quote and have experienced this myself. I have since then tried to inculcate into myself this habit of not getting angry at least over small issues. It does nothing but switches off our mind not allowing to focus over anything else. It is indeed punishing ourselves for someone else mistakes. Even getting too much worried and taking too much tension falls under the same category.

Getting angry is a natural response to something that doesn't make you feel good. But doing overboard, that is punishing yourself.
