does sleeping late make us chubby?

is it really true? well, i always sleep late at night but still slim(not totally, just normal). by the way i'm just new here guys :))

Yes it does but indirectly. You see everytime that we stay late, especially if we are in the workplace we have this urge to eat a lot. Especially foods that are high in fat and salt like the fastfood that we have in our vicintity. The rationale is that we are staying late, so in order to compensate for the hours that are awake we have the urge to eat more.

Well, who knows?? some say it has something to do with what you eat and what you do to burn fats. But I believe this one does not fit to everybody because there are those who eat a lot, work less, yet they are still slim.

In my experience, I become thin, especially when I have lack of sleep. Not doing anything will make me chubby. I need to walk for 2 hours per day to maintain a good body but I'm not doing it right now XD
