Do you like tagging you in a photo in which you are not present..?

Hi Mylotters. I have observed many cases in facebook that I was tagged in the photo or any occasion, Even I was absent. I think it is a trail for getting more number of likes. By tagging a person in their sense means a like in my way. What do you think of this..? :)

The reason why others tagging others in occasion for example is to make them see the happenings on that particular occasion. My reason of tagging a person on statement pictures is to get his/her attention and see what pics I have for her/him. It's ok for me to be tagged in a pic where I am not included.

Hi.. You are right in your way. I agree with you. But the main thing annoys is tagging a photo which is not of my taste. I appreciate tagging if the tagged content is so useful or it deserves me to be tagged.

Somehow there are photos that annoy me when I'm tagged, like a photo of a acquaintance that is centered on him/her, trying to be pretty. I mean the photo is no sense at all and no story behind it. Most people nowadays pose at pic and immediately upload it on social media. Most people are getting narcissist, I was like that before, picking and uploading photo of me which I think I look good just to show the world that I am beautiful. Now, if the photo doesn't have story or sense at all, I don't upload it.

Yes, I like your motto. That is just for publicity they do. If we approve that on our wall, Friends of ours can see and it become popular. But I think publicity does not come only by becoming popular among people, But by the way of life and how we be with the others.:)

Yes,I don't quite enjoy that thing.
I saw myself tagged in photos where I was absent,I saw myself tagged in photos that didn't even have people in it.For example,it was a photo "Describe me in one song" and it had about 40-50 people tagged on it.To make matters worse,only I was the one who didn't like it.At that period of time,I didn't know how to un-tag myself,and didn't know how to disable certain notifications.So I got stuck there,with hundreds of notifications.
Yes,I don't consider this action as something good or entertaining.

Hi.. Welcome. I think you have been in the same situation as mine. Some people to become popular do such things and that will be the easy way to have likes, comments or shares. Thank you for your opinion of that aspect.

If it were a relative doing that so i would see how they are doing and to update me of family affairs, i wouldn't mind.
But I do mind when it's some friends who are doing it just to get more likes. That's why i untag myself because I really get annoyed when they do that.

In social sites we have the ability to upload our photos and tag it with our friends. This tag feature is really a wonderful thing, it is similar to giving a copy of the photo to our friend, by tagging our photo, our friends have the ability to store our photos in their albums. Previously we take real photos and give a copy of the photo to the friend whoever required it, now a days we are doing the same thing with the tag option which is quite useful.
Some of our friends may tag some photos in our wall which we are not present, it shows that they are interested in sharing that photo with us and sharing the enjoyment with us even though we don't take part in the fun. There is nothing wrong in this activity, if the photo is good as well as we like it, otherwise if we are not interested with this kind of activities, we may tell this information to our friends, so that they will avoid tagging option with us.
Most of the persons tag their photos with us to increase the like, some of us interested in liking our friends photos, so only they shared the photo in our wall to get the likes. But we must avoid unwanted tagging activities, since some persons are irritated with some unwanted tagging activities. Tag your good photos with the friends whoever likes it.

Oh I hate those, so that I turn off or should I say in my privacy setting I'm the only one who can viewed or approved the photos that have been tagged in my facebook.
