Making money online can be very challenging

Hello mylot buddies. I just want to share with you the challenges that I am experiencing as someone who earns a living through online. At the moment, I am not making a lot of money yet but I am working on it. For those who are like me, striving hard to earn money online, you will know what I am talking about. Doing business online is hard work. It involves a lot of reading, writing, thinking and long hours of marketing, especially when you are just starting out. In this part of the world where I live, the majority of the people here still look down on people who earn a living through online. It is like they think you're a lazy person, just sitting down in front of the computer all day and making yourself comfortable at home, the place you introduce to people as your office. They don't see you as working at all. I used to have a friend who is just so good at making you feel bad about staying and working at home. I now do not befriend her anymore. But even my husband and son and some friends question me a lot how I do it. So I showed to them the proofs, you know the website, visitor stats, customer feedbacks and etc. But probably, they're not so convinced yet, not until you show them 5 or 6 figures income. I am currently earning the 3 figures only so I cannot 'bragg' much. This kind of negative treatment sometimes affect me a lot. I get so depressed hearing so much words of discouragement. So, I avoid some of them. I and they will just have to wait for that day when I can show off the fruit of my online sweats...when they will see me and dream of becoming like me...

you are very right friend we all here know that earn online money is never easy because it require lot of knowledge , experience and also time and we can not able to big income when we work online but we can do more and more efforts to increase our income .doing online business is really a hard thing and the main thing behind it we also need a lot of big investment .yes friend if we do not lose our courage and continue to earn online but using our all efforts then really one day we become very high in this business and many people want to become like us. so friend i hopes that day comes soon.

yes friend you are right internet world is full of spammers so we always need very careful and yes friend i am also careful while investing and only invest in trusted programs and very thanks friend for helpful comment and welcome to mylot and wish you a great day .

Yes, we must be careful and learn to sift between genuine offers and scam. I think about 90% of offers are scams. Those that sound too good to be true are mostly scams, they write reports, testimonials and etc so good, they use those words that sound so sweet to our ears are those that we have to avoid.

Making money is a great task and people do not take you seriously. My friends do mock me for sitting with my pc not chatting with great babes but surfing sites like mylot. They got amazed when I first showed them my first income which is 143$. Thats the path we choose to be and being successful is the only proof we've got.

Wow you've earned $143 just from mylot, that is a lot! You've inspired me. I've stopped posting in mylot the past few months. Now I'm back. Better to post in mylot where you earn something than in facebook where people just like to spy on you. I had some bad experience with some fb friends...it's just not worth it. I've decided to just concentrate on my fb business page. Thank you adexlo for sharing with me your challenge in making money online.

Adexlo congratulations earning on my lot. I do not think I will ever earn this amount from my lot. I only come to share occasionally. I do business to earn online with other sites where I can see my investment turn over two or even three times times for the month. I consider my lot like face book. Consider this, you said friends do not take you seriously, that can cause you to feel bad but when it comes to the family it is worst. Personally, my family do not share my business ideas about online work. This is a challenge that I am up against even when the proof is given. We all have to be courageous.

Hi micha: I agree with you. It can be really challenging to find the right sites and ways to earn some money but it's possible I think. I try not to talk too much about it because I feel people around me don't understand how they work and they think it's stupid or just a waste of time to spend your time trying to earn money online.

It is better, I agree with you, not to talk much about it if people do not understand about it but hey, I thought we're living in the internet era and technology has become a part of our lifestyle...or is it only meant to be used for worthless things??

Online earnings, base don my experience, do take time to accumulate... but they do. Online moneyearners are great as supplementary source of income, but if you have multiple bills to pay, a regular job PLUS online writing jobs may carry you through. Anyone here who agrees?

Yes, you are right. Doing business online is not much difference with doing business offline, the principals are the same except your potential customers come from all over the world, lower investment and longer operating hours or 24/7 a week. Just like the brick and mortar business, you have to promote your business. When people like your product and service, they will keep coming back to you. Some even introduce your business to their family and friends, and hence by word of mouth or 'word of pen' your business will start making profit. It does take time, the more you put your heart into the things you're doing, the more people will start noticing that you're very committed in your work and ultimately, they'll see that you are good in what you do.

Me too. Most of my friends cannot believe that I'm earning online. They think that those who earn online don't do anything and are lazy. To tell them the truth, working online may not involve physical efforts and strenuous movements, but it requires will power and mental effort.

I always dream of making a living online, I am not thinking of 4 figures, just few hundreds will do, but yet all these years, I have never get such a big amount yet, I do hope something easy and suitable will be there for me, as I love working online, free and flexible unlike in the office, however I need to survive and work until the retirement age, then I can use my savings, I don't like to work under someone but what to do.

Hello, Wongchoiyee, yes I am sure it's a great life to be earning substantially online...but you need to be prepared, it involves hard work and long hours...anyone who makes earning online sounds like 'a piece of cake', you NEED to stay away from such people.

I think that a lot of people have the same opinion as your family and your friends. They don't really believe that it is possible to earn money online, and they don't consider it a "real" job. In my family I am the only only person who earns money online and the other people from my family don't really understand what I am doing and they don't understand that it is actually possible to earn money online. They spend their online time playing games on Facebook, and they don't understand that I actually work online and get paid for my work. Don't let the negative words discourage you. Keep on doing what you are doing

Yes, you're right. Anyway, I guess there's just no easy life, we just have to accept all these 'online mockers' as part of our challenges making a living through online. The only way we can do this is to continue to work hard and SHOW them our 5/6/7 figures proof!

If you are happy with what you are doing and believes in it,then go for it micha! Don't let anybody stop you from moving on with what you think is right for you. Yes,it's not that easy to earn money online,it takes a lot of time and patience earning here but if it satisfies you,continue with it. I am a housewife and working online is my only way of earning extra money for myself and family. I may not earn that much but the money I get online is a big help for me especially in times of emergencies.
Before,I spend my time in front of my laptop with just surfing the net or facebooking. But now I could say that my time online is better since I am already earning from my computer and I am proud to say now that I am a working mom at home.
I do not just concentrate in one site,I have lots of earning sites that I am in. If only I can stay long in front of my laptop,I think I'll be earning more but I also have some eye problems so it's okay with me. What is important is,I am happy with what I am doing during my free time at home.

Hi guanlao. Yes, I am very happy earning my living through online. Since I am on my own, if I fail I have no one to blame to. If I am successful, then the credit is almost 100% mine. Even though we don't do business the traditional way, like meet and talk face to face, we can get good feedbacks from employers or customers that are satisfied with our service. The more good feedback we receive the better our chances to succeed earning online. It's good that I don't need to spend time commuting to and fro the office, shop for new clothes every month so that I don't look boring wearing the same clothes every week, gossiping about staff or employer's personal problems etc etc. One advantage working online is that we get to focus almost 100% in our work...well, almost. In between I do take a short break to check my facebook account, chat with friends and watch some online drama. But the most important thing is I am happy and really I don't understand why people are not happy to see us being happy doing our work.

You must really thank your lucky star that you are able to earn three figures income. Congratulations! It's good news for me to know that this figure can be earned. It appears that you are very sensitive to other people opinion. Do we live as people tell us to or we live with our own liking? You decide!
Avoiding your friends is good way to avoid being affected negatively by others but we need friend who are true friends only. Remember a friend in need is a friend indeed.But no man or woman is an island. In society we need to live with people and those people should be of your choice. Right?
In life, we should go with the flow. In the net biz resigned to the fact that money can be made but in a slow and small amount. There is a saying ,' A little bit of sand, a few drops of water will finally make a pleasant mountain and beautiful ocean.' Just rest on this and you will be happy! Right!

Thank you Bro. Joe. It is true that no man is an island. I am not avoiding everyone, just those that are affecting me negatively. There are people who are earning 6 to 7 figures income in the internet. It is true, does indeed happen and I want to become like them. What I like about earning online is that I am paid in US dollar. I am from an Asian country with a currency that is lower than USD. So $100USD may not be much for the US people but for me that's a lot after converting to my local currency. So, even though I am earning 3 figure like $500USD (just as an example) that's more than a thousand in my currency. A true friend is a friend who encourages you when you need it the most. If I live listening to all those who think they know everything better, I will be the saddest person in the world, I will be like a buffalo that follows its owner everywhere it is pulled. Yes, selling physical product or soft products such as ebooks, softwares and etc are a significant way of earning online...just look at Amazon and ebay...some people even sell second-hand goods that are lying around their house.

Yes, It's not an easy task earning money online and I completely agree that involves lot of hardwork and patience. I see some people earn around $200 a month online and I really admire their potential to do that. I have tried quite hard to earn that much but always end up in earning around a meagre 5 to 6 dollars a month and I am not able to find a good way to earn more. May be I am not that pro active as others in finding good sites to mint money

That's true it can be very challenging but that first check that you get can make all the difference. So far I haven't had any luck making money online. I tried about 3-4 different sites last year while working part time and going to school. They didn't pay off but I still had the part time income to fall back on. Now it will be even harder since I've become very discouraged regarding the online money making world, but I'm willing to give this a shot for a little while to see if anything will come of it. I'm attending college full time now and with my classes being accelerated and me lacking transportation of my own it makes finding another part time job a bit challenging.
