Be happy

What should we have to do be happy? Specially control our anger?

You know yourself best. There cannot be a better councellor for you than you yourself. Controlling anger is easy just start at the smallest level. Mind is your best weapon. The moment you loose its control you perform activities you regret to latter. Think once before you do anything. You will see yourself getting calm. Whenever I feel like anger or disappointment, I get into activities which entertains me. In few moments I see my anger getting vanished away. Then you ought to think that had you expressed your anger somewhere this would have been the moment you would have regretted whereas now you rather proud of yourself for opting a matured path.

Being happy and controlling your anger should be two different things and may not have anything to do with each other. Happiness is a state of mind, thus it can be worked on. We can be happy even if things are not perfectly okay. It is not constant, it can be as short as five minutes or extend for days. But it's something we can do for ourselves. Personally, I always say it out loud, I'm not afraid of expressing my happiness because affirmation is more powerful than keeping everything unspoken. I do not do things that would make me sad, I stay within reach of the people I love, I read updates of people and celebrities that I adore, I indulge in my favorite food, go watch a feel-good movie, sing in karaokes, hang out with my friends in malls, wear my fave shirt and dress up in bright-colored clothes, I root, I support, I play with my pets, I smile a lot. It takes a lot if you read my post, but it's also a way of life. Once you decide on having enough sadness and wants to be happy, you know you already made the first step.

If the person is really too angry they are going to feel much better controling it and getting hold of them selves. Everyone that explodes can be frustrated about it cause others won't want to be near and all. But i see happiness as a choice, if we just decide to lay down and be miserable that's how our day is gonna be. Of course there are days that things are hard but we have the choice to seek things that will make us feel better.

I think that being happy means that we need to focus more on our attitude. Many individuals feel that they need a lot of possessions or money to be happy. But there are a lot of people that have those things and aren't happy. So we can be happier if we focus on the most important things in our life and strive to be content with what we have in our life.

To be happy is to be at peace , to have no fight with friends. To be happy is to be contented for the things we have.

for me to be happy is to be contented in what we have, happiness can be found in your family and friends, to control your anger, just divert your attention into things that make you happy u may a friend, go for a walk to get some fresh air. but what i do when i cant control my anger i just walk away go at the backyard and re arrange my plants :)

Happy is a feeling,you have to do nothing,when you met an old friend who hasn't seen for a long time,or you got some help from others ,they are all happy things ,right? Happiness consists in contentment. As to control the anger,you can do some different things to cool your head. Such as ,count to 30 before you get anger,distract your attention and so on. Have a nice day.
