Dogs wonderful acts

Dogs are wonderful animals. They are even considered as man's best friend. I have two dogs, a male and a female. They served as my door bell at home. When my dogs bark loud and a little bit longer, then I know there is a visitor standing near the gate. When the bark is short though a little loud, then I know that someone is just passing by, be it an animal or a person. Dogs are wonderful animals but even more beautiful and unforgettable are the WONDERFUL ACTS that they have done to mankind. Would you like to share them with us?

I totally agree. I have a 9 year old Staffordshire Bull cross and I adore him. He certainly alerts us to the slightest noise outside -in fact he is too good at this, sometimes to the point of annoyance!However, it is his loyalty,companionship and unconditional love that are his standout attributes. I just can't believe that there are some people out there who don't like dogs!

Hello rjshultz, greetings. I would like also to share with you one wonderful act of the dog of my father. I could remember very well, though this happened long time ago. My father had a quarrel with one of our neighbors. While they are both rolling on the ground, my father's dog came to his rescue and bite the leg of the enemy (as far as the dog is concerned).

That's a great story. My dog has not really had to spring to my defence in the same way, although I'm sure he would do. Most of my dog's most memorable acts are just downright humorous. I often take him running with me and we were out one Sunday alongside a local canal. We approached a man who was fishing, while his girlfriend watched -admittedly looking a bit bored. That was until my Kipper veered off and proceeded to urinate all over his rucksack on the ground -which presumably had his lunch in! His girlfriend was in stitches while I tried hard to stifle my laughter over profuse apologies. Of all the places he could have chosen to relieve himself!

I agree, dogs are wonderful animals and best friends for men. Every night i can fall asleep peacefully and soundly knowing the fact that my dog is inside my house and keeping his ear and eye open in guiding my home. The bark of him is usually more than enough to scare off any night intruder without the need for me to use my semi-auto fire arms to protect my home. I just can't express enough how fortunate i am to have such a wonderful animal living in my house . Hooray!!!

The reason that thief and intruder having difficulty stealing from inside my house due largely to the wonderful work of my dog, he is such a loyal watch dog and did provide an excellent service to me, i just can't express enough how thankful i am toward my dog, words just can't describe much about how i feel about this marvellous animal of man. Hooray!!!!

When I was a little kid, I was visiting my aunt with my parents. She had a big dog and I was playing near a small river nearby.
As kids often do, I yelled, without any serious reason. Perhaps it was an insect or something else, but my mom saw the dog rushing really fast to see if I was in danger.
He was looking for a while and saw that I was playing and had not fallen into the river or anything else, and then he walked away. But I am sure that if I had fallen in the water, he would have jumped in and saved me..

That is great!but i try to make my own feel special but it refuse,it like to play inside gotta and it always dirty and it not good for house,i now realise that is a hunter dog not house dog.

Hi mangtony!you are right.dogs are man's best friend.i have a female german shepherd whom i call jenny.we both love each other.she roams freely in my home. sleeps in my room.although my father always warns me for this but she can't live without me so i let her sleep under my bed.whenever i go out she waits for me on doorside.and if i am about to come home she smells me and start barking and alarms everyone in the home that i m coming, time to open the door.

Dogs definetely wonderful. Though I'm more of cat person than dog person. But dogs will show you a loyality which cat doesn't have.
I love both kind of animals though. I used to don't like dogs but everything changed when my friend was going for a holiday and she wants me to take care of her dog for 2 weeks, he's just almost as adorable as cats.

I love cats too. My cat Charlie used to sit in my lap. As if he's just waiting for me to sit to have that privilege.
