Let me borrow this lines from a friend whose writing on several blogs: "For many people, their personal email account is where they store their lives. Bank statements, bills, personal correspondence, work files, anything you can get in electronic form can often be found in a given target's email inbox. For attackers looking to take control of a victim's online presence, there is no better place to start than the target's email account. If you own the email, you own the person. That's never been more true than today, with so many social networks, services and shopping sites attached to users' email addresses." That's why i make sure that everythig is password protected. Regular changing of passwords. Also, you may refer to my similar discussion: http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/2670226.aspx Any thoughts? Thanks

I too change my passwords very often.I have several email accounts that have various forms of email coming to them and going from them as well as other types of accounts including social networking sites. Some of my accounts have been invaded by hackers more then once. Therefore it is important to change your passwords once and awhile. Have a great day!
