Critical Difference Between a Gamble and a Calculated Risk!

From the outset, let us define a gamble: A gamble is when the outcome is left to pure chance.
A calculated risk is exactly what the words state. The risks associated with the contemplated action have been calculated.
for gambling human being has no control on the results, But calculated risk, the results will be under control and adjustable in dissatisfaction.
Question Do you sometimes resort to gambling in some affairs of our lives, in spite of the seriousness or move away it entirely?

When it comes to my life and making decisions in my life I rarely gamble. I do take an occasional calculated risk however. I think when I was younger I would have been more apt to take a gamble. Now, after sixty years, I am more careful and I do think things over more deeply.

I am not very lucky when it comes to game of chance based on previous experiences so I don't go for this kind of activity especially online.

Hey thanks for the explanation. I do play lottery. I like to be in the draw. yes I know that is pure chance. I play for small amounts and I am happy to be in a draw. I will play in the future too because there is a light of hope inside of all gamblers. The hope to win and one can win if in the draw. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day ahead.

Actually you're gambling, but because you play for small amounts they are calculated risk gambling.

gambling is a dangerous thing, it should not be relied upon individual decisions.
